Customer service was Great but after having the mattress I bought it is not comfortable at all…. Hurts my back and I can’t even get a refund or exchange. Feels way different than the mattress I tried inside the store.

Horribleeee !!! They left to get tacos just right next to the store, they said they would be back in 5 minutes, we ended up waiting 20+ minutes & they still never showed.
