I went to this store thinking I'd get the best option, because I understand it's the best, but I had a terrible experience. I bought a mattress and its reclining base, but they only had the display model available. I said I didn't want that one because if I'm paying a lot for a mattress, it has to be new. They told me to wait a week for the new one to arrive, and it turns out that yesterday I received the same used mattress. I called and went to the store, and they told me they couldn't give me a return or refund and that if I had to resolve my problem, I had to do it with the staff who sold me the mattress, as if the store had no responsibility. I'm waiting for an answer, and nothing! I'm furious.
