Brandon at this location is the most informative and patient customer service associate. He was super helpful in finding exactly what we needed. He did not make you feel pressured one bit into a sale. We even left to other mattress stores in the area and ended up coming back just because his customer service skills were A+. I definitely recommend this location.

Went into the store with the idea we were just looking. Had my folder of research material from 4 different stores. Brandon introduced himself and asked what we were looking for. He gathered the information and showed us what he had matching all our criteria (including price). He listened without upselling and made us a deal on the one we liked the best. We bought it and never went to my other researched stores. Brandon is a real pro. If you need a mattress ask for him. You won't regret it.

Great customer service. Came in to get a new pillow & walked out satisfied. The manager Ace was wonderful to work with. Will definitely refer friends & family. I'll be back for a new mattress as well.

Ace aka Aaron at the Mesquite location off Town East has an incredible range and depth of mattress knowledge and store's products. He went 100% and took the time to give me the best mattess for my comfort and back problems. He was friendly and not at all pushy. His service, knowledge and manner was the best I've experienced in many years
