Recently visited this store and i was completely impressed with their customer service the quality of shoes is outstanding exceeding my expectation. The ambiance here is so comfortable the staff was very friendly the lady name Sree was very kind and helpful she helped me through out she recommended me with different options and also helped me in trying out several options until I found the perfect fit, Sree was very patient. I highly recommend this store i will definitely visit again. Thank you sree for your outstanding service

The “manager” and salesman for this location charged my 13 year old son $250 for a $5 pair of shoes on Sept 10th and refused to give him back his money after they were both confronted. The ethics that were displayed were poor in taste and disgusting for any human to exude. Thankfully a stranger that overheard the complaint gave my son the money he was swindled out of by these money hungry vultures. DO NOT BUY THESE CHEAP OVERPRICED SHOES, ITS DEFINITELY NOT WORTH BUYING.

I love this store! So many varieties and the workers are very helpful and knowledgeable. Karim knew exactly what I was looking for and made choosing the perfect shoe easy and you can't beat the buy one get one for free. I leave satisfied every time.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. No one has ever been so disrespectful to me at a store. I went looking for some shoes on Dec 15 at 10am. I asked for the price of some shoes and the man that was in charge said “$65”, and I said “ok I’m going to keep looking around the store” he said “wait $10 off just for you so $55” and again I said “Thank you but I am going to keep looking around the store” and then he kept pushing me the shoes and telling me that this brand is Italian, and good quality, and good materials, and bla bla bla. And again, I said “no thank you I want to se if I find something else” and he asked me “do you think it is too expensive?” And I said “well for $55 I rather go to Clarks honestly” and then that’s when the rudeness started. He said “LEAVE THEN! go to Clarks, go away! You’re not going to buy anything here. Don’t compare Clarks with this brand. Go go go go!!!!!”I honestly hope he isn’t the owner of the store because if he is, he’s not going to sell that much with that customer service. I felt really bad after that.
