I’ve been here twice already and they are amazing. I wish that the pharmacy would call once the RX is ready so that I’m not in my car waiting, but hey, maybe I went in just as they were fixing to call. Over all, amazing Office & Staff

Great service overall, they genuinely care for their patients, this is so far my best medical experience they worked with me on my health and well-being, they have Labs and Pharmacy in house so no need to be running around love this place

Great for a common cold, prescription refills, but if you have major issues you had better see a specialist if you want to live and get resolution on what your illnesses are. Dr. Feltus is nice but is not capable of handling major issues and refuses to refer patients to specialists.

I sat on hold for 9 minutes straight. Then the was "disconnected" after finally speaking to someone. Called back just to be basically be told that I was about to get the run around if I wanted to get a covid test. Definite pass for me. This is for employees?

Feels like forever when you wait and the visits take like less than 10 min. Today was awful service. Doctor was distracted and she forgot one of my son's prescriptions. Next time I will ask for either Feltus or Dusten instead.

The doctors are fantastic but the pharmacy and the clinic have a huge disconnect with communication. My first time trying to get a prescription refilled has been a nightmare. I was told 24 to 48 hours the first day, when calling today I was informed that my Dr. Was out for the week and it would need to be sent to another doctor to be approved which would take longer. Obviously I expressed my frustration and the pharmacy tech took it personal, slipped out of the professional conversation and explained that she did feel it was a personal attack...Not an experience I would wish on anyone. My particular prescription creates a physical dependency on the body and withdraws are not something I'm looking forward to because of a sloppy workflow and unprofessional workers. There was zero empathy, I even apologized to the pharmacy tech, and that's when she said " I'm the only one on the phone, how could I not take it personally " I was blown away.

Recently had a horrible experience with the removal of my stitches. My stitches were removed and the nurse simply put a band-aide on the area. The incision reopened the day day, allowing the opportunity for horrible/ larger scarring. I plan to call in the morning to see if I can see the DOCTOR. Not sure why steristrip tape wasn’t applied, but the nurse assured me the area was healed. I expected a scar, but not one like I’m likely to have now. Hopefully something can be done - being positive.

When you arrive on time for appointment you wait 20 minutes or so to be called in the doctor room and other 15 minutes in the room but when you miss understand your appointment being within 15 minutes difference and no call reminder. you're told a need to reschedule and be charged $10 for a no show up!!!
