The man that everyone is talking about in the reviews a HUGE SCAMMER, I don't see how they even continue to let him work there. He lies to get you to sign up and your thinking oh he's SEEMS so respectful and seems legit till you get the bill. He stated I'll give you the phone insurance for free the 1st month and I pull up the metro portal of course I am being billed for it, he also said he could get me 2 lines for $75.00 total lie. This man needs to sued or Metro its self to keep allowing him to work for Metro PCS. Its the same man I am sure that everyone is writing about. This store needs to be investigated. HES NOTHING BUT A HUGE LIAR

If I could give 0 stars I would add a line on November 3rd and buy a phone. The man from this store sold it to me for $170 dollars and told me that he would not raise my price. Days and he didn't change my bill, I went to another store and explained what this man had told me, the girl who helped me told me that that phone only cost 70 dollars and 27 for the activation that I didn't have because I had to pay so much, I'm very upset, I don't know why. so bad abarisiosa people. Be careful before buying in this store I hope the owner does something about it

I was scam at this store by the guy that everyone is saying great he charged my card for thing i didn't get on he don't want give me my money back i was notified by metro care that my account was block so my card won't be charged over again I'm sorry but today I will be get the police involved i had to pay in cash for a samsung 250.00 next i payed my cell phone bill was 145.00 month was told it went up to 162.00 with in a minute of being at this store I then was told that my account was messed up really bad when all I needed was a pin change then I was told I had to pay 202.00 for what i don't know I was told the wifi box that I been having for years was not good in I need to get another one I put my train metro in this guy stole for me in act as if he was helping me I just wanted a phone pay my phone bill in a pin change I didn't want any of the other stuff he was charging me for

Just bought a phone for our daughter! Was treated with the most respect. New manager , I can’t remember his name. Had long hair! Very respectful and knowledgeable about his product. We will most likely switch from atnt to metro, the service he provided was worthy of change.

It felt like I was at a car dealership. Repetitively I was asked how much I can afford on a phone. I found a phone that I was interested in and ask some very basic questions but unfortunately she cannot answer any of my questions so I asked to see the owners manual.

Every time I go to this store for the free items on Tuesdays the same lady ALWAYS says they are out of the item whether it's early in the day or not. It's the same lady - EVERY TIME!

I bought a new phone May 13th,It took forever to charge,My games kept moving slow and then just stop,Facebook would just stop.I took it back and she said she fixed it after about a minute and a half,It was not fixed,She made me buy a new charge cord even tho the one she sold me 3 mos ago was bad.Needless to say I won't be going there again. I went to the corporate store on Town East and they are replacing my phone.Dont go to this location.
