I was sold a Samsung phone on 02/12/22, Saturday. Due to faulty batter, speaker and overall performance, I attempted to return it 2 days later, Monday 02/14/22 with no resolution, understanding or real help from the "manager". I received excuses as he actually tried to sell me another product which was ridiculously out of place given I was there for a a return. Not happy or satisfied with the phone I was sold or customer service I received.
