On March 6th, I went to this store to change my line from an android to an iPhone 8. A female employee named Emily told me that the line switch would cost me $22 at first, however not even 2 minutes later she tells me “Oh no, It’s $34” I said it’s okay and I agreed to do it despite the sudden change. When I paid, I received a message from Metro that said “Thank you for your $22 for changing the line”, so I asked myself why she charged me $34 instead of $22 like the message said. I let it go because I didn’t want to go back to the store. My monthly payment is the 28th of every month, yesterday I paid in advance and they charged me $181.16 when I used to pay $160.00 for ALL my lines. Today, March 27th, I went to another store to ask why my payment increased $21 and they told me that I had “added” insurance on the iPhone 8, which I did not. So this means that Emily charged me for insurance that I did NOT ask for, so I cancelled it today and now my monthly payment will be $160.00 again. I’M NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS STORE! Very disappointed by the customer service. If I could give this store 0 stars, I would do it.

They don't have as much selection as other Metro and they charge you more than other Metro about $100 or more than other locations

Not really impressed so far. I had a appointment to have my replacement phone repaired, and seem to still be waiting to be assisted. Not really good service at all.

This metro be lying to yal they want you to get the Phone they want you to get instead of the one you asked for and if you don't get the phone they want you to get they will tell you they don't have the phone you want ...they want you to over pay for the phone .. and tell you you have to get on 60 dollar plan when starting new service and that is a Lie .. call customer service first and see what they say you will see

Nallely and Adriana provided great service!! My family and I had been getting the run around at other Metro locations when trying to port our numbers over, but these ladies were able to get us up and running in no time. They even compensated us for the trouble we were having and very wrong information that was given to us by other locations. Keep up the good work ladies!!!
