Store would not honor the deal stated on the website. Wasted 30 of my time, ended up having to walk out because they were going to charge me $100 extra and could not show me a itemized receipt

DONT GET THE PHONE INSURANCE IF YOU HAVE A BRAND NEW PHONE! Metro uses a very cheap and tacky insurance company. I spent $3500 on brand new Iphones with them and my phone broke, I filed a claim and they sent me a refurbished phone I’m already having issues with! They even have the option for you to receive a brand new replace iphone but you apparently don’t have a choice. “You get what you get”. Very trashy, we should’ve thought twice before trying to go the cheaper route with a company like Metro. We’re paying for it now!! RUN THE OTHER WAY! They’re ghetto!!!

Very bad customer service. My mother is older and has a hard time using these new phones. She needed help with her phone so she stopped here since this store is on her way home. The manager told her he could not help her, that they did not help with that type of issue. When another employee attempted to help he told him not to help her. She went down the street where she always goes and they were able to assist her as usual. This has happen twice with the same employees. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I bought service here for a phone yesterday and it was aweful so I take back my phone with the reciepts and no issues until they charged me another 130 dollars instead of refunding me the money...then voiding it and basically ruining my bank account for the whole weekend.. and what kind of business just says oh sorry nothing we can do even tho we charged you twice for a service that i took back for a refund all within their own policy ... id never do business with a place that wouldnt just fix the situation that was clearly an error on their part.. horrible customer service... don't waste your time at this joke of a business!!

I looked at an iPhone and was in shock with the prices. I stated I should find a used one and the girl got rude. I asked for a case for the J7 and she said they don't carry that model since they don't have that phone. But I was clearly looking at a display. So I left and won't be back.

Wish i could give negative stars! I have been a Metro PCS customer for several years - never needed to go in to a location - never any issues until received a text stating the towers were changing and my phone would soon no longer work. Went online checked out the "rebate" deal and then located store closest to me - unfortunately it was this one. I went in and asked when the towers were changing they said they did not know the exact date ( later found out 6/21 per company website - hidden of course had to dig to find it). Next told them the phone I wanted and explained per website it was $29 then they proceeded to tell me that phone wasn't good ( I had already researched online reviews from various sites based on HOW I use my phone) didn't ask how I used my phone or what I wanted in a phone just started badgering me saying I would not be able to bring that phone back - WOW! The phone they were directing me toward was the same phone a good friend had serious issues with so NO I didn't want that phone. The young lady that was helping didn't bother to ask me any questions or explain how the program worked just took my phone and started going through it - when i asked what she was looking for she said "EMI" number or something to that effect which on my phone was in the battery area. Next still not explaining anything asked my my elementary school name which i thought was weird then it clicked it must be a security question so i told her and she tells me no - not correct. Another 15 minutes go by as she text someone I guess at customer service who texts me the answer to the question and guess what - it was what I said! and not a difficult name like Bluecar for example but apparently she couldn't spell it and didn't bother to ask me how. Next she hands me a piece of paper and says this says i give them my phone --- WHOA --- this was promoted as a discount /rebate/upgrade credit offer on PCS website - not a trade in your old phone deal. I told her NO - I have too many pictures I do not want to give up my phone - at that point she didn't offer any alternatives she just said "I can transfer them" at that point I said "never mind" but was told she had already put the information in the system and if i didn't complete it i would be "blacklisted" and not able to upgrade at another store! SERIOUSLY!! Once again given no alternatives _ would have gladly paid the $29 kept my old phone and been happy but no against my better judgement I signed the paper and went ahead. Then once it was all done about 15 minutes went by (been in the store almost an hour now) and the young lady is still "playing: on my phone - so I ask what she is doing and she says "transferring you photos" and I ask "one at a time -jokingly" she replies "yes - it wont let me select all" JAW HIT FLOOR! She wants me to stand there while she goes one by one (huge invasion of privacy) through my phone and moves the photos one by one! I would probably still be there 24 hours later. There are pictures of trips to NZ, FIJI, London, Paris - so I am not letting these go! Then the young lady takes the back of phone off again and says" there is no memory card" -DUH! I already new that - so many questions could have been answered if she used her words and SPOKE! and Conversed with the customer (ME) standing right in front of her. The other lady in the store asks if I have a thumb drive - of course I don't - and the guy in the store says "the corporate store has a machine to transfer them" OK So where am I? I had no idea there was a difference between corporate stores and authorized dealers until I went to the corporate a mile or so away. They refused to let me take my old phone to corporate store to do the transfer. I call MPCS customer service on phone - NO HELP - USELESS as EVER! Then I drive to corporate store and file a
