Not very helpful employees, I have gone there a few times with different issues and they always tell me to solve them myself by calling customer service so I just end up going to a different location where the employees are actually willing to help me. Never coming to this location again I would rather drive a bit more to a location with better customer service.

This is the absolute worst service from metro I have had in over 5 years. I go without service over half of the day every day and I literally stay like a block away from a cell tower and a metro store. Went in to try and get it fixed and they told me "we can't do anything for you" so they are losing 3 lines
