Not sure how management allows to have 1 cashier on a Saturday. Lines are super long, be prepared to wait a while.

Do not bother shopping here. Apparently their inventory is "not for sale". I went for some paint because my wife wanted some rhinestones. She found them in an open cardboard box at the base of some empty display shelves and figured they just had not restocked yet. In the midget of looking through them a very rude employee started chastising her for looking through the box and rudely informed us that those were "not for sale". So...I guess this Michael's is trying to go out of business by not selling inventory? I was only there for paint because my wife wanted to go. After this experience I doubt we will be back. So this rhinestone sale (and future ones) will go to Amazon or AliExpress. As to future pain sales, well Amazon sells that too and probably cheaper. Like I said; only went because my wife was looking for something. So my future paint business will probably go to Amazon as well. This is a perfect example of why brick and mortar stores are going out of business. I can get yelled at in a brick and mortar store because the inventory right in front of me "isn't for sale" or I can have pain free easy shopping on Amazon and not burn $5 a gallon fuel doing it. I wonder which one I'm going to pick...

I decided to visit this Michael's store and I was so disappointed. I was looking for Cricut accessories and half the items were missing from the shelf, the things that were there were missing a price tag. In the paper area, so much paper was missing and again, many items didn't have prices. I did ask for help. I feel as if this store is not as organized as it should be. Now, with that being said, I did ask for help and the lady back in the frame department was friendly and helpful. I asked where something was, she told me the two or three aisles that it might be on. I know that hiring reliable people is an issue right now, I do feel this is mostly the reason the things are kind of out of whack. I would like to think it I were going to shop at Michael's and the prices are in that price range, at least the quality, ease of shopping would be a little bit better than it was. I did not take pictures because there were so many young children running unattended, I didn't want to look like a creep. So, yeah, no pictures, not this time.

Literally called at 3 pm and checked to ensure they had an item I was looking for. Provided SKU and product details. Manager assured me she out it aside and all I needed to do was ask for the items when I got there before closing. Of course I go and they have no idea what I'm talking about and OF COURSE THEY DONT HAVE THE ITEM I AM LOOKING FOR! Wow. I drove 25 minutes out of my way for this? Are you serious? I'm livid and this is a DISGRACE for ANY Michaels. S M F H

Only came in to buy a sheet of glass. Attendant explained the differences between each glass which helped me on my decision.

After a 15 minute wait in check out. Only one associate working at checkout. The item I was going to buy was scanned three different times and then she called for help because that item was not in your system. So I left without purchasing anything. In the near future I will not be returning to your store. And I highly will not recommend you're sure to my friends and family
