UPDATE....NOW IT'S 4 OUT OF 6 TIMES that they applied it to the wrong part of the account!!! IF YOU WANT TOTALLY STUPID AND INCOMPETENT TELLERS THIS IS THE PERFECT BANK FOR YOU!! I do not understand WHY it is so difficult to make a PRINCIPAL ONLY PAYMENT. OVER AND OVER AND OVER again I go into the bank to make a PRINCIPAL ONLY Payment on my mortgage, say it repeatedly, they assure me it is going to only the principal and then I get my statement and they apply it to my monthly payment and the remainder to principal. This has happened 3 TIMES OUT OF 5!!!!!!!!!!!!! This bank is awful, how hard can it be, really???

As a new customer I felt the management and overall service was very rude, unclear, and made little effort to make me feel comfortable investing my money into this bank. The manager at this location, did a poor job explaining my options when it came to opening a new account and in my opinion failed to create a positive experience. I will be taking my money elsewhere and would advise you to bank elsewhere if you’re looking for quality service with reassurance that your money and options are in the best hands. Strongly discourage this location due to poor customer service, communication, and effort on behalf of the employees and management.

My experience is from July of 2020 and Hancock Whitney is the worst company I’ve worked for due to their lack of organization, leadership, and ability to help their employees and customers grow. Management especially Maria Richardson, was absolutely terrible because not only was I not given direction, guidance, or support, but I was often ridiculed in front of customers. I strongly discourage future employees looking for employment here due to these reasons as well as limited growth. The environment created here was not healthy and promoting growth. Various banks offer better service and treat people with much more respect, in which I highly recommend taking your business employment elsewhere.

Was looking at the reviews as I will be moving nearby shortly. Was reading the reviews and immediately noticed that a specific employee that was called out in a 1 star review posted a 5 star review with no text. I have flagged this review, however, if this is the way the company does business I will be sure to take my business elsewhere, as well as to suggest to friends and family they do the same.

The worst customer service Maria Richardson has one of the worst attitudes and the way she speaks to her associates is inappropriate. Just stand there and claims she’s the manager but wouldn’t help out the employees when they were clearly asking for help. If this is what they want for leadership I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

The worse racist location ever now they got a black girl in there which is no better. I left this place a long time ago and they thought it was ok to allow a transaction to get approve for 1800 with a close account and a close debt card
