“They were kind and friendly despite the confusion regarding third floor versus second floor confusion and no elevator. No damage done to my property and they helped with a large, heavy Fedex delivery that was left downstairs instead of being delivered upstairs as planned. They are a very personable company to work with. This was my second time to hire their services and I'll hire them again for my next move. Thanks”
“I had a great experience at this location. Angel was very helpful and was pleasant to deal with. Very prompt and professional. Will definitely return to this location when I need more storage.”

“Great customer service - I had an issue that wasn’t even related to this Units( they have different branches) and the owner took the time to walk me through everything I needed to do to get it resolved instead of just transferring me immediately like he could have.”
“Alex and crew showed up early and finished before 4!! It was amazing… the whole crew was so friendly and efficient! They were even so patient dealing with the odds and ends my husband and I didn’t prepare the best for ! We would use them again for sure!”
“Jordan is amazing!! Great people skills, easy to talk to, and customer service is top tier!! And he knows his stuff. They did a great job by having him in the office.”
“THESE GUYS ARE BEASTS! We were quoted "the higher end" for our move and the guys that came had us loaded, moved and unloaded within 3 hours... PLUS even with a tip it was almost $100 less than the quoted high end price. They took care of our items, helped us move random items (lift, shower chair, FULL freezer) and never stopped moving! Definitely recommend their business to anyone moving!”

“Used them to move from my apartment to my new house. Couldn't be happier with the services they provided. Made sure all of my furniture was protected and was super fast. Will use them again when I move in the future!”
