The customer service at this bank is awful my bank has been in good standing and the month I fall on hard times they wanna charge me over $200 in overdraft fees on transactions that really should of not even gone through !!! And when they did they were less then $10 !!!! They charge all these fees but have all this inconvenience like why the hell does it take 3 days to send my Zelle payment…. They didn’t even have the courtesy to offer to refund the overdraft fees for the transactions that were less then$10 even when i was opting in to courtesy pay the agent specifically said the fee would only apply to atm withdrawals and ach but would decline the others there ridiculous… I can tolerate a lot but poor customer service is a no and I will be looking to close my account and stick to my Bank of America…. You guys are ridiculous tryna charge $34 for a 7 payment when I can’t even have the convenience of sending a Zelle payment without it take 2-4 days and if I wanna cancel ya wanna charge another $34

Thank goodness the manager came and helped with my questions. Pamela was not helpful at all, impatient, and would not answer my questions concerning my CD. I am quite disappointed.

Ive had this bank a couple of years and here lately the whole saturday closed thing is a big in convenience especially when the itm is closed. Then i have to choose to be late paying rent or be late to work its a lose lose situation. The itm machine always messes up. I was told they closed Sunday’s because there is an itm machine it dont do no good when your trying to deposit $2000 and only allows you to deposit $60 at a time. This bank is getting on my nerves that machine and no saturdays is ridiculous.

DO NOT COME HERE. FIRST TIME I FELT RACISM!! I WALKED IN AT 4:35/4:40 bank closes at 5pm. Bank EVERYONE REFUSED TO HELP ME!!! I asked multiple times if you guys close at 5 why can I not be helped. I called the MY NCU # and the teller that answered the phone stated that something always happens there and that they SHOULD Have BEEN ABLE TO HELP ME since I made it in on time. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!!!! EVERYONE WORKING THERE HAD AN ATTITUDE TOWARDS ME AND DID NOT WANT TO HELP ME. PLZ SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!!! I DO NOT EVEN LEAVE COMMENTS ABOUT COMPANIES!! This is my first one ever! PLZ DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!!!

Nice location and everyone was very friendly. Ms. Slack was very knowledgeable while explaining the options available. She even made time to explain your childrens banking program. We also did not have to wait long, which is a plus!

This is a fantastic credit union!I was having a very bad day yesterday and having some issues but I spoke with Pamela and she was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me. She took the time out of her day to work through some things with me. She stated she would be in early today and would check on things and reach out to me to let me know. She did exactly that! I heard from her first thing this morning and everything had been taken care of. Pamela is amazing!! Thank you!!I look forward to a long great relationship with this bank!

I've been a member of NCU previously at the North Dallas location and was always treated great and never had any issues. I was surprised to discover that when I went to the mesquite location, it was the exact opposite. Pamela, one of the staff that opens accounts, tried to find any and every reason we could not open an account for my teen. She kept saying my kid needed a state ID. I didn't argue as she didn't really seem to want to help as soon as we walked in the door. Her manager also repeated her ID claim. How does a 13 year old get a state ID? At any rate, I called corporate and they said as long as a parent has a valid ID, the kids don't need to have one. Pretty much what I already knew but validated my concerns. So, NCU is really good and has great rates and products but if possible avoid the mesquite branch. It'll just leave a bad taste in your mouth.

We visited with Pamela one afternoon to find out about a high-yield savings account. We returned on a Friday morning with cashier's check in hand to open a new account. I opened my first ever credit union account recently. I went into NCU and the rep that first assisted me Rosa who was very informative she then sent me to Rondina who helped me open up my account. It was so fast and easy. ?

Thus far i love this bank they have been wonderful.Customer service has been outstanding and they have had wonderful attitudes.
