Do not come here to ship you will be here for hour and thirty minutes.Horrible experience, had to enter in the shipping info myself which I don’t mind but it was the fact she left to take care of a customer for another 30minutes.Just go directly to FedEx you will save hours.She even had the audacity to go help even another customer before me.Store employee name was Vina.

Great work on major projects or simple. Just be ready to pack your patience. The wait time can vary from 20mins-50mins on any given day. At the end of the day service is Great and worth the wait.

Staff lacks customer service training. The "Print Services Check In" is not used as intended. If a person walks up to the counter, they should be informed of the check-in, not jump ahead of those in line.

The wait time for copies was absolutely UNBELIEVABLE. The text said 20 minutes then 4 then 20 again, then after 1 hour it said 20 minutes again. ?♂️

My husband and I are teachers and the day before school started we walked in needing a large amount of last minute supplies. Lajandro (I apologize if I got the name wrong) was the one to check us out and was so nice and patient with us and worked with us to get the best deal possible. We will definitely be back because of this employee’s kindness and patience with us. Thank you so much lajandro!

For first time I went to this huge place in Mesquite and I was amazed with the organization and professionalism shown from the employees especially a lady name Sharon who help me with the issues I was having All employees are so nice and respectful. I will recommend this place 100% with any office needs. I visit an small office in Garland on Centerville rd almost everyday and I love it too because the quality of employees you have You guys rock and thanks for your help

Anthony, the general manager, is amazing!!! I had a large rush print order and he helped me out so much to help me meet my deadline! He was so communicative, and it was such a pleasure to work with!

So happy the store has a new manager and and employees. Jose greets you with a smile and is willing to help. Anna was amazing also multitasking and getting the job done. This store is so much better than what it use to be.
