Went to return several rental tools and some CV joint pliers which were absolute junk. The ears bent first time using them.
Daniel behind the counter had an attitude when I first put my returns down. Like I was doing something wrong returning the rentals.
I told him I’m returning the pliers since they did not work for even one clamp. He told me I could not return them since they were used. After much back and forth he said I could try another store or he could warranty them. I said fine warranty them I then drove to a different store and returned them. Pretty poor customer service.
Silas who I bought the stuff from a week earlier was awesome. Daniel not so much.
I don’t know if they are corporate stores or franchise but I wont be spending my money at this location again.

The guy refused to charge my battery. He just said it looks like you have already charged it. I left my lights on so I needed the battery change. He was an odd guy probably he was having a really bad day..bad service

I had developed a problem on my bike and was an hour from home. The young man that helped me went above and beyond the call and I am thankful for his service, he even loaned me the tools i needed to repair the problem.My only regret is that i don't know his name, blondish hair cut short, I have no doubt management knows who I'm talking about. Give the man a raise! Employees like that are few and fast between. Thank you again.

Service was trash Mexican dude possibly in his late 30s who lives with his moms he can throw away his whole career as a parts salesmen home boys attitude was trash he smelled like dirty laundry looking like a young Eric Estrada some one should have raised him right I kno his job is insignificant but he didn’t have to act that way neither son was trash ??️ never going back there even when he was wrong he still tried to act like he was right this man is a drag on the economy itself what happened customer service it was 1:00 in the after noon he smelled like tacos and tequila get em out

I loved shopping at this store, the person who served us was super friendly and although he doesn't speak Spanish he made an effort to understand us and we were able to make our purchases, excellent service and well stocked.
