Avoid paragon they have terrible craftsmanship and don't live up to their warranties. I had to weld my handle back on myself. Terrible customer service. This was on a brand new kiln less than 28 days old

I can't say enough about the person who has helped me with my kiln. The kiln is at an art center so it has been quite trying to be able to be there at just the right moment. I'm sure I sounded ridiculous in some of my terms and explanations, but they stuck with me!

I don't know what Paragon or Texas Pottery would do without Laura Miller! She knows kilns inside and out! Laura is super efficient, responds quickly to questions and always has an answer! You will never find anyone more knowledgable and passionate about her work! Thank you Laura Miller!!! You are the BEST!!!
