I’m not even understanding how this trash place is in business. Taking the wrong cars without apology. Can’t create a visitors pass without the main profile being created. Well how the hell is that when the front office is closed?! Make it make sense. Money hungry place. Do better.

They towed my car even though I had it registered to park and what’s worse is that I it was caught on security camera that I was parked in the visitors area and they tried to argue that I parked in a resident parking spot. They’re just trying to steal your money and what’s worse is the way they tow your car just damages it but they will also refuse to let you see your car before signing off that they aren’t responsible for damages. Almost everyone at my complex knows them.

This company deserves no star. They mistakenly towed our car. They can easily towed your car but do not have a driver to bring it back even if it’s their fault. They will charge a lot of money for the towed car but when they made a mistake all they will give is “SORRY”. So much incompetence and inconvenience. Train your staffs to update the records on your system so you don’t make a mistake of towing a REGISTERED PLATE NUMBER!!! Thank you for the inconvenience. 🙂

First off, I want to start this review off by saying I absolutely 💯 understand parking and towing regulations and rules. However, I do know some businesses will and can use their disgression on mistakes that happen, and can tell the difference when it's a repeat offender. That being said, I arrived at my daughter's apartment complex at exactly 11:03pm. Our family lost a great man yesterday at 12:06pm, and when my car parked in this parking spot at 11:03 pm, I had just arrived after 6 hours of to and from driving to tell my kids that their Papa had passed away. At 12:34am my car was towed unbeknownst to me. As I was literally sitting on my oldest daughter's bed sobbing with my kids as their Dad was on the phone to tell them the news. I didn't have intentions of staying the night, and shortly after I got there we were set to leave, or so I thought anyways. When I got downstairs at 12:42 to leave, my car was gone. My husband's funeral clothes, my funeral clothes, my kids funeral clothes, my Lupus&RA meds, my stinking toothbrush, was gone..Over the last 3 days I have traveled over 1,000 miles, slept at the most 4-5hrs, and haven't hardly ate anything. $327.00 later, and a day late, I might be able to make it back to my FILs viewing. I asked this company for a little bit of grace considering my situation, and they or the woman on the phone had absolutely no compassion, NONE whatsoever. In fact, she told my husband that just lost his Dad, " It's just a job". Park and Tow, I sure hope you sleep well at night, and can truly live with yourselves knowing someone made a quick judgement in a moment extreme sadness. When I arrived at Atlas Crown my kids were my priority, and I needed to hug their necks. Scanning the code to park was the last thing on my mind. By the way, you forgot to pick up a jeep that had no tags on it, and a RAV4 that was parked in the fire lane, and don't forget the other Toyota that was obviously impeding traffic as you turn the corner, right where you picked my car up. A job is a job, that lady that answers your phones at night is absolutely right, but there is also discernment, and kindness. I tried to explain over and over I could provide proof of the exact time we got there, the reason I was there, the time stamped phone calls, but it didn't matter.
Like I said, no compassion whatsoever.💔

This company does not operate under any ethics I would not sign a contract with them to work with any community or business lot. They do not work appropriately nor do the job that is intended. Cars have been violated and terms of contract have not been fulfilled.

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with Park and Tow Solutions. I made a simple mistake that I can own up to. However, what’s unacceptable is the excessive fee of $327.90 to retrieve the car after only two hours in their lot.
Towing fee, storage fee, impound fee, and credit card fee - The breakdown of charges felt completely arbitrary, and it’s clear that this company takes advantage of people who make honest mistakes.
The predatory nature of these excessive fees is unreasonable. Everyday people are forced to pay outrageous amounts with no flexibility, making an already stressful situation even worse. I strongly urge Park and Tow Solutions to reconsider their pricing policies and for others to be aware of their practices.
