We went to eat with some friends and discovered a flat tire. We aired it up and made our way to Pep Boys. The service was good, they were very polite and they fixed that tire in no time. We were back on the road very quickly. They took good care of the car and even accommodated me with a chair to sit out there as I am disabled. Thank you for your good service and your polite kind way you handled our situation. I was impressed and your shop was very clean.

Spend just over $4,000 to get my car fix for a Family trip to Mexico. Before the trip I took the car back to Pep Boys due to a noise on the steering system. Ask Mr. Roy to please fix my car before my trip. Picked up my car and there was still a noise while driving the vehicle. Went back to Pep Boys and the last thing they did was to replaced the wheel hub on the driver side. Last time I talked to Mr. Roy he just told me that due to all the new parts they installed in my vehicle that I just needed to drive it for a few 1,000's miles to let the new parts adjust . While I was in Mexico I had to take the car to a shop due to a noise on the front driver side wheel. The Tech found out that the bolts for the ball joint were loose. I had the Tech do a full inspection of the steering system just to make sure there were no more loose bolts. Long story short, I will not take any of my vehicles back to Pep Boys. Mr. Roy was very helpful but the Techs need to do better.

You know, a lot of people trash Pep Boys but I've been using them since the 90's. Not always and not for complex things, but for mounting and balancing tires, tune ups, vew struts, alignments, they do very well. Keep them in their element and they are great.

I want to share a bad experience with Pet Boys of Mesquite, two weeks ago I went to have my car repaired, a 2017 Nissan Versa, confident that it was a prestigious company. It should be noted that there is only one Mechanic and an assistant and the man who attends the reception. My car had a noise that many people had already told me was a belt that was failing.Which I mentioned to the Mechanic and he told me No. I checked it and he told me that the noise I had was due to the gears in the tires, and that they needed to be changed, for the repair they charged me $1200.Leaving the premises the car continued making the same noise, I could not return to the workshop immediately to complain because it was closed.Meanwhile, 2 weeks passed and I was finally able to go to the Pep Boys Mesquite workshop to complain. It was this Sunday, December 3, the Mechanic got upset, he told me that at that time he was very busy, that he could not inspect my car until the next day, and if he wanted he could leave it until the next day. Around 3 pm on Monday they called me from Pep Boy Mesquite and the person at the Front Desk told me that the car needs to change a Belt, which I complained to him and told him that the previous time I had already told the mechanism that I believed that I had a bad Belt. The man at the reception told me that this was another new problem with the car. And the change of the Belt would be $199. Which I accepted, because I had no other alternative. But my conclusion is that the Mechanic's first diagnosis was wrong. For which I paid $1200. Clearly the problem with the car was the Belt, not the gears on the tires. Unfortunately, I have no place to complain, but I want to inform everyone who reads this to be very careful with Pet Boys of Mesquite.I want to share a bad experience with Pet Boys of Mesquite, two weeks ago I went to have my car repaired, a 2017 Nissan Versa, confident that it was a prestigious company. I went in to have my oil changed and get my car inspected. I set up an appointment a week in advance and went in Saturday to drop off my car. I didn't hear anything from them so I called a little before 5 and it turns out the person who was supposed to be working on my car got sick and went home but didn't tell anyone about my car so it was just sitting there. I left it over night and they had to replace the break pads/tires so I had to bring my car back in a week later for the inspection. A few days after they replaced the tires, one of my tire pressure sensors stopped working. When I went back in, I notified them about the sensor not working and the person that was there was very adamant that it wasn't there fault and it died on its own. I asked them to take a look and tell me how much it would cost to replace it as well get the inspection taken care of. At around 5, I still hadn't received a call back so I called them to ask if my car was ready and after a brief hold I was told it should be good but the person that worked on my car was out so they didn't know if it passed inspection and couldn't tell me if they looked at the sensor. Roy, who was on the phone, said he would ask the guy on e he came back. They next day, I came in to pick up my car and low and behold, the sensor is still out and they didn't even look into it. This was definitely the worst experience I've ever had trying to get basic things taken care of for my car. Roy was the only one who was helpful in all of this but he wasn't there when I dropped off my car the second time so it once again went to someone who didn't care. I have gone to pepboys for car maintenance for over 10 years but after this terrible experience, I'm not coming back. And I still have to bring it in somewhere to get the tire pressure sensor replaced that they "definitely didn't break" when they worked on it.

Scheduled an appointment to get 3 things done on our fleet vehicle (spark plugs, collant flush, and oil change. Once the van was on the lift, they held it hostage and claimed they needed to replace tires, brakes, belts, and everything they could think of. Took up the entire day doing repairs that were not needed as the vehicle drove fine. They would make a claim to our fleet services and when it would be denied, they would make another claim for a different repair, thinking it might get approved. Do not use them bunch of scammers looking to take advantage of you.

Wonderful experience and excellent customer service at Pep Boys this morning.Although they were short-staffed this, Roy and Israel's level of service never diminished. They continued to help every customer that either called or walked into the office with the same positive energy.Hugo's knowledge and expertise was simply amazing! He serviced my vehicle in what appeared to me as record time, while also providing me with a comprehensive overview of my vehicle operational status.I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here!
