They give a damn about you. They just dramatically reduced all of the salesmens commission by over 70% without warning. Went from making $1000 commission paychecks to only $300 and their excuse is “it’s slower” YEAH SURE. I went from averaging .30 cents a case to now .05 a case and they don’t acknowledge that. Stay away from this communist ran company. They don’t care about work life balance either and will pressure you to work also when someone in your family dies or if your wife just had a baby they will pressure you to not take paternal leave

I just scratched my truck bumper on the cement barrier they placed in front of dock door 1. An employee said to talk to the people inside the check in area. They said we have no control over it. Beware this place has no room for a sleeper semi. No parking on site. If you are not given a door right then, find a truck stop to stay at until they call you!!

Checked in @1400. Assigned a dock @2045. Departed after 1 am!!! For what I understand, they only had two loaders. Bad for business. They need to higher a better class of people n treat/pay them correctly. There is a truckstop nearby on Town East Blvd. Don't follow GPS...enter off of Big Town.

Do not pick up here unless forced into it... People are VERY VERY nice... But omg ... The wait time is horrible.... 13 hrs one time 7.5 the last time... Also absolutely NO parking at site... There's a small truck stop about 2 miles away that you wait at... They work as quick as possible... It's just insanely busy

I got delayed by storm and a blown tire my appointment was at 11:00 arrived at 1:00 pm scan the big barcode on wall of receiving truck entrance stay left lane for inbound receiving or pickups. Assigned a dock in 3 minutes after signing in thru phone, about 25 minutes unloading really satisfied with my appointment, no restrooms.plenty of space to back in docks just watch out for some truckers that can’t wait for you to finish backing up.

The worst play I ever worked. The mesquite sight is like a political game. Knowing they put people jobs at jeopardy they don’t care. You will only succeed if you’re a Mexican. They have they favorites which is not fair for individuals! I waited 7 months for a position they told I could transfer too; the position is still up and they won’t let me transfer. A company where you don’t get rewarded and won’t be able to grow unless your a Mexican and they only care about the bonuses they receive for your hard work.. a job that’s set up for failure.

This place should be closed. It is a big safety hazard. The Pepsi drivers speed on the lot. It's trash and wasted product all over the place, everybody's on their cell phone. If they send you to the truck stop they will forget about you. Please beware of this place do not come if you don't have to.

Appointment was for 17:00 and I showed up at 14:30, they sent me to a local truck stop "Fuel City" great tacos. Called me at 16:30 to dock in #8 and I was out of there by 18:30. No issues with the load shifting like others mention.

This place is ridiculously waste of timeI arrived on time of appointment and I told to get back after 7 hours because they don’t have people to unload me. I picked up the load from Houston TX on Friday for Sunday 10pm delivery. I booked a load for 600$! Imagine what I’m going to make out of it!! And I’m going to miss my pick up in the morning! Please respect our time and business as we rash to deliver to your business keep running. Trucking life now officially a tragedy!!

What a joke of a facility! I'm not sure which is worse the Chicago, IL plant or this one.We had to restack pallets we weren't able to secure due to how pallets were wrapped and placed inside our trailer in Chicago. The dock hand disappeared when we asked him to center them. Once we got to this facility the pallets had fallen over and scattered throughout our trailer. We had to restack everything by hand in 115° heat and approx 145° inside the trailer at noon. Was told that the dock hands ONLY get paid to ride around on forklifts or pallet jacks. Drivers do the rest of the work for them

If you don’t want to become a victim of workplace retaliation don’t ever consider working at PepsiCo warehouse in mesquite. I filed a complaint on July 25th after an incident occurred when a coworker threw my pallet off my jack for an unknown reason. He then told me to go the back of the warehouse where he made a punching motion towards me acting like he wanted to fight me. In reality he wanted to provoke me into doing something. I didn’t. the same day I spoke with Jose about the situation and explained what took place after witnesses saw everything. he told me he would get back with me about it. he never did. the next day I then went to Israel, one of the leads in the warehouse where I told him all about the harassment that I experienced that day. I was suspended without pay, pending investigation where I was later terminated for “threatening an employee” what a joke to the integrity of aninvestigation, and to the fairness and safety of a workplace. PepsiCo is terrible when it comes to a safe and functional work environment.
