Staff was very friendly and the gym was clean! Machines were newish and worked well. I love the open 24/7 availability for flexibility of my schedule. My only minor complaint is that its rather small for a major gym chain. Once it gets a decent crowd size, rotation on machines becomes much more difficult.

I live a good 40 minutes away, but I work all around DFW and tend to visit multiple locations throughout the week as I go on my lunch break. This location is always well kept, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Sophia is great! She is always making sure the gym is tidy and the restrooms are clean.

Always come at night and the 2 girls that work here are always nice and glad that the bathrooms are always clean 10/10 customer service from them 2
