Just reiterating what some of the other people have said that they are so rude here. I came in and said Hi, hello and the girl who was at the counter & a buyer just ignored me and said to put my stuff on the counter. Immediately felt uncomfortable like I was bothering her. I caught her immediately telling her coworkers which made me feel worse. I get it if you don’t like working here but don’t make everyone’s problem. I was a teenager too once working at Plato’s but I don’t recall being that awful.

I take 19 jeans and they change some jeans for a pans ugly ones I get 38 for 15 good jeans is the last time i go there they are so trickie ☹️😡

Rude, Inconsiderate and Full of Clueless Associates!
Came here for the first time today. Went to drop off some clothing items but went inside first to inquire about particulars before bringing in my things. I had all my clothing on hangers. I was told I couldn’t have hangers on them. I said okay. I wasn’t expecting them to keep the hangers- It was Just to help them visually see everything clearly and so the clothing wouldn’t get all wrinkled from being folded in bags or a bin. I told the associate I would take the hangers, I was just trying to be helpful to the associates. Then I was told I had to bring them in a bin, bag or something for them to go in. I said okay. I asked for a trash bag that I could give right back after I was done loading it from my car and they said they didn’t have any (I noticed a huge bag on the counter which I mentioned) but the associate said I couldn’t use it. I said okay. Another associate budded in repeating what the previous associate said, which was unnecessary. I went to the car and noticed a cart outside and I began just loading my clothing across the buggy. The 2nd associate then came out and said I can’t bring the buggy inside the store - that I could go across to another store and buy a bin for the clothes 🤔 (What?!)
I looked in my trunk and found 2 trash bags and began loading my things into them before heading inside the store. Another associate was there at the front instead of the 2 I spoke with. The 3rd associate asked for my id/drivers license and I showed it to her. She then said I’d have to fill out some form online and that would be the only way I would be able to proceed. I left my phone at home and didn’t have it at the time (That was on me). I asked about an in-person form and the associate at the register looked confused, she looked at the 2nd associate and asked her about it, us both looking at her as she just walked off. I’m standing there waiting because it looked like maybe she was going to either get a form or something (Both me and the associate at the register waiting on her). Then I see “the walk-off” associate just casually walking across the store, near the entrance. I said “Really?”, gathered my things and left. As I came back for the 2nd bag (I had 2), Ms Walk-off approached with my 2nd bag. I grabbed it from her, said thank you and she then asked me, “Were you trying to ask me something?” I just looked at her and said “I asked both of you a question and y’all looked at me like I was crazy and you just walked off, which is rude”. Then she replied she didn’t realize I had asked her a question 😒
One word… TRASH!
Especially now that I see they have quite the history of negative reviews.. I will definitely not have any further dealings with this store. I absolutely believe every negative review left. My time in this store showed me enough to know that to be true.
Why would anyone want to donate, spend money or even sell anything here when you are rude to customers and for no reason? It makes no sense to just be rude. People are either spending their hard earned money or selling their quality items here. Either way You all are getting respectable business. And Customers deserve better than to be met in turn with such distaste and rudeness.
I definitely won’t be back here. 000 Stars!

While I knew that the store was closing at 9, I came in at 8:30 knowing exactly what I was going to buy. I decided to look around a bit more, but it was hard to do with the sales associates constantly straightening clothes around me, making me feel rushed.
A manager came up and told me that they were closing the dressing rooms early and if I needed to use one, do it then. I told her that I didn't need a dressing room, and she then proceeded to tell me that they were closing in less than 30 minutes. After trying to shop for another couple of minutes, with associates on my tail, I decided to check out. I stood at the register while the same manager stood around playing with some merchandise. She saw me standing there, but didn't come over. I asked if anyone was working the cash register, and she finally walked over. If you are going to rush me out of the store, at least have the decency to have someone at the cash register! The receipt had the name EMIL on it, Emily maybe?
Of course, I was grilled for my name and phone number and I didn't want to give it to her. I wouldn't be returning the items I purchased, but she said she could not sell me anything unless I gave her my information. It's frustrating to shop there and being forced to give your full name and phone number.
I get that there are teenaged employees, but they really should be better trained on closing procedures and how to deal with adults accordingly. If the store closes at 9pm, they shouldn't be rushing people out the door at 8:30.

“Stay in the store and it’ll be 15-20 mins and a text message will be sent to you that your order is ready” I waited 40 mins. No text sent. And I had to ask if my order was ready and it was. Do better. Customer service trash. 👎
