Only one man there that is nice the sits in the front cubicle everyone else is ridiculous and rude. They don't care to help people and act strict on rules but make mistakes that benefit them. Also, they won't accept a temporary license which is a legal document. They hassle you for every little thing. They need some compassion and customer service skills. Wow

So this joke of a bank has not issued me a new card in over 2 years, multiple attempts to get a new one issued, left the account active since I had a safety deposit box. I needed a new key so I went in to this location and got told they would schedule a locksmith twice now I have tried to close my account and clean out the box but keep getting told we will schedule. I am to the point that I have a drill I will open the darn box. This bank is beyond a joke

I closed my Bank of America once & for all today. I am done with them & all of the stupid charges & fees. My friend suggested prosperity bank in mesquite so I did a little research & it sounded too good to be true for what I was wanting & decided to bank with them. I went there straight from closing my Bank of America account & let me tell you i had an amazing experience! The staff were all extremely nice & helpful. It wasn’t too busy. Steven helped me set up my account & he was absolutely wonderful. So nice & helpful. I couldn’t believe I was getting an account that wasn’t gonna charge me $12 a month anytime I went under a certain amount even at one point during that month! I’m a single mom so those $12 every month add up quick. I couldn’t believe how helpful & amazing their bank is & the music was on point! Great bank! Highly recommend!

terrible service. i made $10k deposit and opened and secondary account for insurance repairs. i get you have to put a hold on the check but the $5k that was already in my account shouldn't disappear and put me in negative because they are holding a check. I'll be closing my accounts that I've had for literally over 30 years and finding another bank. this is ridiculous.

This bank has the service, facilities, ATM's and the attitude of its managers similar to those of a bank in a small town, absurd, old, obsolete rules, and above all out of the needs of its few remaining customers, In my opinion, this bank is in its decline, I don't know how much it has left before it closes, or is sold, but I will not wait as a client to see its sure final collapse.

I can see by most of the reviews , that people have experienced the same indifference and crummy attitude by the bank manager .I also feel that even this review will be looked upon with the same Indifference. The bank teller on the other hand was quite friendly but the overall experience at the prosperity bank has made me look elsewhere for any banking needs. The only reason there is one star it’s because you can’t leave a review without pushing one. I feel less than one star is my rating. Good luck

I attempted to deposit a check via mobile deposit which was rejected due to multiple names being listed on the check. After working through the live chat function it was confirmed that if I visited a local bank I would be able to deposit the check without issue. I visited this branch as instructed and was told that they don’t even accept third party checks. The manager was not helpful in providing a solution to my issue and admitted that the live chat support team lied about being able to deposit the check so now I have wasted to and from a local branch for nothing. Overall a poor customer service experience and I will be looking to bank elsewhere going forward. Do not bank here at all costs.

Wish there was a negative star or something. Very poor management. They closed lobby for several weeks as they are training new staff. They don’t even answer the phones. You come here to do simple transaction like that need management approval you wait for hours or day, no other banks does that way. This is my third time with this type of experience. Was recommended highly by someone. It was bad idea to open a account here, will be closing it.
