I have been to several Quest locations and they are not all the same. The staff was welcoming and professional. The wait was a little longer than I expected but I was in/out in about 30 min.

You guys should respect the time and prioritize people that arrive on time to their appointment.
Sometimes there is people that arrive late to their appointment and they are prioritized on top of the people that DO arrive on time

ZERO stars review!!!
Arrived at 6:45am doors understandably were locked but at 7am doors were still locked. Finally almost 10 after 7am doors were opened.
At check in kiosk there’s option for next available appointment time or opt for stand by.Chose stand by since kiosk also indicated no one else was on stand by and wait would be 30-60 minutes. That indication should be stand by opts are to be called between appointments. WRONG! Instead, over 2 hours later we’ve been totally left unattended!! Mind you also scheduled next available appointment online and yet here still waited over 20 minutes past appointment time & 4 others checked in after & for later times were called back first. This was just the worst customer care service and most disappointed that’s its medical care at its worst. We should have at least been updated on wait time not only for the business of us being paying clients but for the concern of patient care. Lab requisition indicates fasting and the process began after midnight. How can there be no concern or guidance for their patrons?? Will definitely share this experience and advise friends and family to choose an alternate lab for medical needs!!

I went in last week to leave a drug screen for a new job... Wait was 30 minutes past appointment the moment I get in I was asked a question and I came back with a funny but proud humorous answer and the lady that was administering my screening replied with a smart mouth answer and I went into total disbelief that she said that .I was so pissed and asked to speak to her supervisor and I did .. The employee tried to tell me i took things out on her and I'm like you smart mouthed me, don't try that reverse card on me cause i ain't the one.. After a week later I'm still pissed ..I think I will call corporate now, ?

My son is only 2yrs old now and he didn’t even cry when we came to this Quest location in mesquite twice to get blood drawn. The staff made sure he was comfortable and made us feel confident they knew what they were doing.

Tammy was very rude and unprofessional that we had a big loud argument. I’ve been using this lab for years and never in my life experienced this kind of attitude. Another male person had to finish the work, he was extremely nice, respectful and very professional.

Nicole (Sorry if I spelt that wrong) did absolutely above and beyond for me. I gave her a heads up that I have a tendency to pass out due to my conditions and she had no problem accommodating for me and even went and prepared an advance in case I do pass out. She got me cold rags and a cup of water and let me take my time laying down until I was ready to get up. She distracted me the entire time. She was drawing my blood which helped greatly. She had wonderful bedside manner. Thank you Nicole! It was so nice to have a positive experience here.

My most recent experience was great. Customer service was amazing. The gentleman assisting was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I believe his name was Corey but I could be wrong. Nonetheless, he provided outstanding service!
