My wife's 2021 Ford Expedition that we bought from this place new & now has 40k miles on it. Took it In once because of transmission problems. They checked it out and said it was fine. That's it's normal to shift hard and clunk. Now a few months later it's dangerous to drive.Called them in October they said 6-8 weeks. Called again several times and no info when to bring it in. I called again the other day and they said it'll be 3-4 more months. Really! So I have to leave my wife's car parked in the driveway that long making payment and insurance and it's still under warranty. What a joke!No offer for a rental car or a loaner or anything! This dealership has to have the worst service ever!!!Don't do business with them. You'll be in my shoes.

I'm in the market for a new F-150 as it's my truck of choice. I came across this dealership in Texas and they have a competitive price on their vehicles, BUT IT'S ALL A SCAM TO GET YOU SUCKED INTO THEIR BULLSHIT!!! Jose Diaz was the person i spoke to over the phone, I asked him specifically about the pricing on the truck advertised, he said it's in stock and I asked if I would qualify for the $2750 discount over the XLT financing deal, he said YES. Tells me to fill out the application and wouldn't work the deal until the application is done. Then sends me the deal with a dealer mark up of $3200. A vehicle that is listed for $43810 and would receive a $2750 financing rebate, comes out to $45540 before TAXES. These crooks use the full MSRP before the MANUFACTURER DISCOUNT and add on their bullshit fees. The thing that upset me that most if the fact that JOSE DIAZ never mentioned to me over the phone about the dealer added accessories. Basically put a ding on my credit for no reason, and then he tells me I told you about it over the video I sent you. I got the video from this guy at the very end of the text messaging.NOT ONLY THAT, TAKE A LOOK AT THE LISTING PRICE OF $43810 WHICH INCLUDES ALL DISCOUNTS AND AN ADDITIONAL $2750. THIS GUYS WORKS THE PRICE OF THE VEHICLE BASED ON THE FULL MSRSP BEFORE THE MANUFACTURER $2000 DISCOUNT. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

STAY AWAY! Terrible service. They will tell you it takes an hour for an oil change and you will be there for 3/4 hours. Communication is terrible. Advisors have no idea on what is going on. They will take your money, tell you they're sorry, and send you on your way. I will never come here again!

Very bad customer service!!!I went for a quote for an oil change, they gave me a price and I scheduled the appointment for the next day. I double check with the person who assisted me about the price she confirmed it was a set price plus tax.Whenever I showed up for my appointment the guy there upcharge me and gave me a higher price than what they had told me the day prior. He refused to do the service for that price.

My Mache E build is not even in production yet. It will not be ready until end of year. I needed to purchase before November. I've been waiting since May. I was asked by the dealership if I wanted to upgrade to the Mach E GT. Of course I did for the right price! My salesman was great however his hands were tied by the sales managers decisions. He really tried. However, after finding a better deal at FIVE STAR FORD in Carrollton I bought there. Only because I saved several thousands and because Town East could not match it. I gave them a chance to. Apples for apples the window sticker base MSRP doesn't even match online builds. Check those line items, options, and the extras the dealership says it added. Because I bought from another Ford dealership Town East refused to refund my $500 deposit even though the online build isn't built. I spoke to Sales Manager Steve who was rude and laughed at me when I asked for my deposit back. After talking to other dealerships no other dealerships in the area are keeping deposits like this. I asked to speak to a General Manager and no has contacted me. BUYER BEWARE!! Do not give these folks your business and definitely send your online build to another dealership even if you have to drive a bit. It's really sad that this is a family owned/operated business that treats its customers like crap!

Terrible service. Only one person can help me but he is busy all the time and never answers the phone. I regret buying my car from them. I've been asking for a simple maintenance repair for months and no response. This is ridiculous.

RED FLAGS ALL OVER THE PLACE HERE!!!Drove over 2 hours to see a 2012 F-150 that had "passed" their 139 point inspection. First off when my husband had called and asked about the truck, red flag #1 they wanted a $1,000 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit just to get an appointment. HAHA! We offered them $50 deposit but no way in the world were we turning over $1,000 to them to look at an 11 year old truck! They claimed another buyer was interested but couldn't get his stuff together so it would be just whoever got here first. That was fine by us. We work too hard to just throw $1,000 away. As soon as we pulled up to the used lot, the truck was sitting out front and immediately red flags went up again. The pictures of the truck when posted for sale on their website had a grill guard on it and sitting on the lot it did not. We asked the salesman about it and he had no idea where it was. He had to ask the sales manager and then they all ran around trying to come up with a story about where it could have possibly gone. The story they came up with was that the truck was bought outright from an individual and they took pictures of the truck then the guy decided he wanted the grill guard off of it and took it off. THIRD red flag was when looking under the hood we couldn't find the dipstick. I even fished out the manual for a diagram so we could find it. It turns out the dipstick had been broken off inside the truck! How did that pass their "inspection"?!?!? The engine had also been pressure washed so I'm sure a little water & soap mixed with engine oil is fine. (insert sarcasm) My husband also crawled underneath the truck and it had supposedly had a fresh oil change but the oil filter was completely covered in grime. The windshield also had a significant crack running from one end to the other horizontally. I wouldn't be surprised if someone actually switched the windshield and swiped the grill guard for themselves. This dealership was just as shady as a used car lot! We called them out on all their bs and thanked them for completely wasting our time. Then the sales manager actually had the audacity to try and shake my husband's hand. What a joke this place is! We left and the salesman started blowing up my husband's phone with text messages. I could not believe it! Avoid this "dealership" at all costs!

After initially going here for a multi-point inspection, oil change, and state inspection, after 3.5 hours, I left upset. I missed multiple appointments with no communication as to why this was taking so long (yes, I had an appointment). At one point, when taking a phone call, I saw my vehicle in a bay, running, with no one around it for at least 15 minutes. Then, after the multi-point inspection, they recommended for my engine air filter to be changed. I approved this. Another hour goes by and I happen to track my keys as I did not see my vehicle in any bay after taking another phone call to cancel previously made appointments. My truck was in Rockwall, 13 miles away. Immediately I run inside to find my service advisor. He had NO idea why my truck was in Rockwall (again, no communication). Initially after some investigating on his end, he tells me that it was for 'recalibrating.' This should've been told to me as I almost called the police for a stolen vehicle.Following this, I proceeded to wait another 40 minutes for my vehicle to still not be back. I was NOT happy. Eventually, my service advisor calls me back to his office and starts explaining my cost, along with why it took so long that day. There was so empathy, or what felt like respect being shown. To be fair, they did give me a $50 credit to my bill, but again, 3.5 hours of waiting even with an appointment, my truck being driven to another city without my consent, and the disrespect? I felt like I was done wrong. After just being fed-up, I finally pay my bill.I then go to the main building to talk to a general manager about my experience. Turns out, they don't "run like a normal dealership" (actual quote).I was able to sit down with a salesman to go over my experience and he was concerned about my vehicle being moved to another city as well (without my consent). He then gets in contact with the service manager (who was too busy with meetings to meet with me earlier) to then find immediate time to meet with me. I wanted to avoid the service department because they had more excuses than answers up until this point. I did request to speak with the owner, but this was laughed off and I was told "they will only see you by appointment." I do respect the owners time, but I do not respect being shrugged off. Then, the salesman walks me over to the service department to then speak with the service manager. He gave me the run around and made it seem like they did me a favor by driving my vehicle to Rockwall, yet had no comment for my wait time (again, an appointment was made). The service manager then proceeded to say "well, we normally charge for recalibration because it takes a Tech away." However, I did NOT consent to my vehicle to be driven highway distances, even if they felt it was the 'right thing to do.' I felt like I was walked over, disrespected, and a nuisance. And the only thing they did to make it 'right' was a $50 credit to my bill- with no consideration of the multiple appointments I had missed. I was not asking for anything special, just for answers, maybe some gas (since gas was 3.30/gal at the time and they drove it over a far distance), proper communication, and compensation for the outrageous amount of time I had to wait (with an appointment). The first time I came here, I had an excellent experience. But following this time, I will NOT be back, and will encourage friends, family, and strangers to stay away as well.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Was told by them that we were approved for a certain interest rate and payment. Drove 4 hours to sign papers and finish everything up, only for the interest rate to jump 7 percent and the payment to jump over $300. Would NEVER recommend them to anyone

I went in a while ago to look at a 2018 audi sq5 premium plus, and a few days later i went back with my mom to help me with a deal, they ran my credit score and said well you need a co signer there isn't anything i can do. the sales man was out of breathe and rude, the next morning i messaged the manager and he wanted to run my credit AGAIN because that was the only way he can see if i can get financing. i recommend not buying a car from mr. schyler or mr. south ... VERY disappointed

Jim was a wonderful interface between the Ford family and me. It took over a month to find the source of my actual truck's failure. I received frequent updates and I believe Jim was as happy as I to get 2 the bottom of the issue. When there's a serious issue, go to the experts. I wasted $$$ I didn't have @ a mom 'n' pop garage. Good for tune ups, oil changes, etc. New computer module? Factory facilities first!!! Thanks, Jim. Thanks, Town East.
