If you're going to put a stipulation on people buying clothes and returns at least get a dressing room so people can try on clothes before they so you don't have to return and bring them back most things are not true to size

No fitting rooms!! They suggest you try on over your clothes or just buy the items and you can try them on at home and return with in 7 days. What clothing store doesn’t have fitting rooms!?!? I walked out bought nothing! Do better Rainbow!!

I just called Rainbow Shops on Town East Blvd in MESQUITE TX—and spoke with “MJ” —No customers where in line—Rainy outside—She took the time to check the item number and actually walked to check for my item..MJ was respectful, there was a helpful sound in her voice it was like a smile ?…She was very knowledgeable. She simply ask me for the item number and looked for it—Even suggested another item since they didn’t have it in my size..I am headed that way in a few hours to pick up..Love it!! Give her raises..Put her in charge of training REAL customer service people!This Corporate folk—is what care and real customer SERVICE looks like..Overjoyed CUSTOMER!

Unprofessional manager wasted my time for an interview. First when I get I have to refill out a paper application and after I did the application the manager lets me know that the store I applied for isn't even the one who really needs help. That was a waste of time as well that could of been discussed on the phone and the manager holly said she would set up an phone interview with the rainbow on Buckner haven't heard anything since the interview.
