Customer service was horrible

I placed my order online, never got a call from the store, so I called a week and a half after placing my order, they told me it wasn’t ready and that they would contact me when they had the item in the store. I called them again after a month and they said they had to get the item from another store and that they would deliver it on Friday 12/29, I didn’t get it so I called them back and they wanted me to send them some documents along with the agreement I signed online. They promised they would deliver it on Tuesday 1/2/24, I called them today and asked them what happened and they said they never received the documents via email, turns out I had the wrong email and I told them why didn’t they call me to let me know, I wasted a day off work. He gave me the correct email and I asked him to please stay on the phone with me so we can know he received the documents and he declined, the time he spent arguing with me about it he could’ve spent checking to see if he got the email. I hung up and called right back to check and they told me they had my documents and that the item would be delivered today, but they couldn’t give me a time frame. I was frustrated at this point, this store 00683 did nothing to help me, kept sending me back and forth for a month for a simple twin mattress that they couldn’t even guarantee it was new, since I told them my agreement said new and I didn’t want a used one. So I ended up canceling the agreement and hoping I get my money back, since I was paying for a mattress I didn’t even had.Update: I did call you on 1/3/24, you promised me a call back with a regional manager in 24 to 72 business hours, it has been now 12 business days and haven’t received a call, I called you back on 1/19/24 asking for an update about my refund, and told me that the STORE manager had tried to get in touch with me for a refund but that hasn’t happened, so I contacted my bank, you guys can deal with them, good riddance.

I did not get my table when I was told and now I’m stuck without a dining set with family here. The lady at the N Galloway,store in Texas was rude and hung up in my face when asked to speak with a Manager

I don't like the phone call .They be calling on the day your payment is due. They don't give you time to come and make your payment. I made my November 3/ 2023 payment over the phone with the manager and I didn't get my receipt that why I go in the store and make my payments. I would like my receipt. He said he was sending it.

very unprofessional seems like only ryan works there cause hes the only one to ever answer the phone. elimary (sales manager) she never returns calls and ryan doesn't have the urgency to help either even though he answers . get it together please and find a better lie than she at lunch cause there is no way she should be taking 3/4 hr lunches.

I wanted to give this a 5 star review mainly because of the store manager who was Amazing, but I'm still upset because I rented an Xbox game system and for some reason they didn't have what I put in to rent so I was given a package that was higher and didn't come with the headphones (but the manager found a pair for me) and it didn't come with the 3 month game pass (that I had to purchase). I got the package for $0.01 for the first week and ended up having to pay an extra $47.61. I didn't even have the unit for a full week and returned it because my niece purchased one for me. I got the penny back but not the $47.61. I contacted the store several times and no replies as to why they won't give me back the $47.61 but only the penny. I was looking at a nice recliner but I'm upset about how I'm being treated. Again nothing personal against the manager LaRozi Davis Jr. because he was very courteous and helpful.

I typically make my payments on time recently my primary card is lost/stolen spoke with someone asked them to wait until my new card arrives this week etc and I can make a 1 week late payment in full they declined so I went to Aaron’s and paid a dollar to start my leasing. Thank you!
