My husband & I have been members for some years now. We have always felt like we were the only customer in the room. We have saved quite a bit of money with this credit union when it comes to our car loans !! They are polite, precise and no hidden agenda comes with working with them. We know they have OUR best interest at heart ! I want to say a Great Big Thank You to teach of them for their integrity and the security we have had from choosing them!!!

Very poor custimer setvic & rude management in mesquite. Tx. I will never recommend Resource One to anyone. I have been trying to resolve a transaction error that was entered in error by an associate at resource onr since October 2023. This experience has been horrible. Reource one gave me incorrect information several times both in person at the Mesquite,Tx branch and custumer Service several time. They took funds from my account and paid another person debit with my money from my account funds.. This has been a battle & nightmare with Resource One. Not a good credit union beware if you decide to do business with this credit union.

Stopped in yesterday to do some Resource banking as well as CoOp transaction. The teller that assisted us was great and answered all questions we had.

I've been with Resource One since my mom opened my first savings account in the 1980's. I have never had a single issue with this credit union in all these years. The staff is amazing, and super friendly! I've known Lisa (the branch manager) most of my life. She's the one who got me set up with my very first loan at the age of 16. Not only did she get to watch me grow up, but she held each one of my babies after they were born and has been able to watch them grow up as well. Each of them banks here, too. This place is like a second home, and the employees are like extended family! 5-stars, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great service. Tellers are very friendly and professional. Only suggestion is have more tellers available on the weekend. Long lines on Saturdays and it’s too much for only two tellers.
