I've been with Resource One since my mom opened my first savings account in the 1980's. I have never had a single issue with this credit union in all these years. The staff is amazing, and super friendly! I've known Lisa (the branch manager) most of my life. She's the one who got me set up with my very first loan at the age of 16. Not only did she get to watch me grow up, but she held each one of my babies after they were born and has been able to watch them grow up as well. Each of them banks here, too. This place is like a second home, and the employees are like extended family! 5-stars, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

There is no way this branch is still operating with a slow response for customers. Every time I have to bring my grandmother & uncle here there is the longest wait like Jesus is coming back. Listen I have 20 years of banking experience, I will work for free to make sure the wait time isn't as slow as molasses.

The Mesquite branch manager and all of the staff has certainly made banking easier and a comfort by extending a warm welcome and educating on the availability of different tools and new resources accessible to customers and family. We are grateful for Resource One!

I never received a new card!! Because I was told they sent it to my Post Box Office which was closed a year ago. I even changed my address to my home address.I was told there was a 7 hour wait to talk to someone!!Then I went to the Mesquite Location and the card machine is down. So NO CARD!!!I finally talked to someone on the phone. I was told they were expediting a new card to my home address.i was told 2 days!I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE A NEW CARD!!I HATE BEING LIED TO! THIS IS RIDICULOUS THAT A BANK DID NOT TAKE BETTER CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!PLEASE TELL ME HOW RESOURCE IS GOING TO MAKE THIS GOOD???

New policy that requires shared branch banking customers is ridiculous and unsafe. The only time I ever need a branch is to deposit cash and I don't appreciate being forced to get out of my vehicle and walk through the parking lot with large amounts of cash. Stupid new policy.

New banking program is not acceptable. It has insufficient info on how to accomplish mobile banking etc. calling the bank for help puts you in the cue with a holding time of 30 mins to 1 hour or more. So sad no customer service! Lack of staffing. Tired unhappy personnel.

I'm tired of this bank. Today there was 14 people in line when I showed up att 11pm and there was 2 very slow tellers. That didn't last long though because once it turned 11 one of them immediately went on break with nobody to replace her so I stood in line 25 minutes just to deposit a check.

banking with resource one for 10 yearsAtm cash deposit not working went to another one and now half to drive to this location now the deposit ATM is not working now I half to go to another one then had to come back Saturday and there is only 2 tellers with 15 people waiting waisting my time.....Might change to Chase or Bank of America
