I had an amazing experience at Sally's Beauty thanks to Sarah! I was feeling lost trying to pick the right toners, but Sarah really took the time to explain everything in detail. What really impressed me was when I asked if she could write down the instructions for me, she happily did! You just don't find that kind of personalized help online, and it was incredibly useful. I left the store feeling educated and confident about how to care for my hair. I absolutely love her work.
She transformed a potentially overwhelming shopping trip into an educational and enjoyable experience, I highly recommend seeking her out for expert advice when you visit.

I can never get what I go with in to get in the 1st place. Product knowledge is severely lacking at this location. Finally, the manager indicated to me upsale takes high priority.
Specifically, I went in to get a few items to bleach my hair. I already have Ion color seal as well as the after color treatment; I needed the pre treatment (the one that helps protect the integrity of porosity before the bleach/color process). Unfortunately, I did not see a pre treatment packet, I only saw the pre treatment bottle, so I picked up the bottle. I went to check out and asked if they had a pre treatment packet and they said yes so I gave them the bottle & they put a small packet in with my items. I got home and was about to process my color and noticed they gave me an after color sealer. I spoke with the manager on the phone and she said the pre color treatment does the same thing as the after color sealer. I was done. I won’t return to this location.

Walked in and Sarah was soo nice and quick to answer all my questions , every Sally’s I walk into they kinda just throw me the the wolves but this girl had ALL my answers!

I went in about 3 weeks ago and there was an older lady working there. Not once did she greet me if anything she made a nasty face when I was ready to check out. Bur she greeted all other customers as they came in. As a former Sally’s employee I thought they were big on customer service lol but i guess not. They had a lot of empty shelves not enough inventory. The beauty supplies down the rd are better!

I literally tried to walked in at 8:57 p.m. The store closes at 9:00p.m They literally had their doors locked and when I said all I needed is 1 item, they would not service me. I drove all the way from Forney after work and this is unacceptable. I will never come to this store again.

I enjoy shopping at this location everyone is very helpful! Sarah is just a great employee with so much knowledge to share. She takes her time with customers and really enjoyed being helped by her.

Visited this location on 10/25 after work to process a return. I bought some items from another Sally’s location and had my original receipt. The cashier was a Latina woman with a pony tail, I told her I needed to return some items, and as I placed them on the counter she said “We don’t have this product, so you can’t return it.” I was astonished, because I know the policy states you could go to ANY location and return your items with a receipt. I responded by saying “Okay…” to which she replied “Yea, you have to go to the original location since we don’t carry this product.” I didn’t want to argue, and I just said “Ok.”
I called the customer service number: +1 (866) 234-9442 (for anyone else that needs it) and the rep confirmed that what she stated was in accurate, and that he could call the store and arrange the return. I said no thank you, as I was already on the other side of town. I also filed a formal complaint.
I’m not sure if she was afraid of the “profit” they made for the day going down (my return was $38), or she was unaware of how to process a return with an item they did not carry, but it was very unprofessional and rude. I won’t be returning to this location, they never have what I need anyway
