If I could give them a 0 I would but long story short no customer service. Then the older lady asked what brings me in, then a yt lady walks in and they greeted her welcome in let me know if you need any assistance. How funny it’s people like this that doesn’t need to be employed by anyone. Working in retail you have to know how to interact with all ethics of people. And not judging people by the color of their skin. The workers tell a lot about who the MANAGER is!

Love coming to Sally’s to get my hair coloring needs. They’ve got better prices than they had a few years ago, while everything else is costing more these days, Sally’s has gone down a bit. They always have what I need to keep my pixie platinum blonde

The first time I came here the lady was on her phone the entire time did not offer to help even tried to ask her what a prize was, and she proceeded to walk to the back because she didn’t hear me because she was too focused on her phone but she apologize for the inconvenience and answer the questions that I had , so I decided to give them another shot today a the lady(with red or dark pink hair with a beanie on)they have in there running the register this morning is rude. I will not be coming back here and they need to revamp their staff and teach them to have customer service.

Morgan that works here is AMAZING! So knowledgeable & kind when asking questions. She went wayyy out of her way to help guide me to repair & color my hair back to my natural color. Lots of tips to help me stay away from the salons that damaged my hair. So thankful I found her. - ? Brandy : )

I went in wanting help and the short girl with blue hair and glasses was off and rude. She had a attitude and looked like she didn't want to be there. The older lady helped but also had an attitude. They need to put there workers in check.

2 weeks ago I had went to this store and it was a girl don’t know her name she has blue hair she short and she didn’t wanted to help I would ask her and she would actually ignore me and Walk away I had a question about a product I wanted to know more info about it and she just said I’m not sure and she walked away I’ve been coming here since the longest … I’ve never had bad customer service in this store till this time I went so disappointed.

Normally service ate pretty good but I bought two cans of Toppix because I was encouraged to buy two cans since there was a special. I went back because I accidentally picked up two cans of dark brown instead of black. One of the employees told me to grab the colors I needed to exchange them but another girl helped me out at the counter but she insisted on making me pay the difference because the cans were not on sale anymore. I could not make her understand I was not purchasing the cans I was exchanging them therefore I did not owe any money. She obviously didn’t get it or this is their protocol so I just returned both cans and walked out. I left a message the next day for the manager to call me back with no return call. I’m sorry but this should’ve been a simple exchange.
