Im giving the new owners 5 stars. The new owners are awesome! They are very friendly. Much better than the last 2 ladies. I think they said their new name will be F&M, so no more Sarah or Helen supply. They are reasonable in prices, go check them out.

very unprofessional and handling business. Bought something here a week ago, needed up being a defective part and for no reason at all said they could not exchange or refund. I just wanted an exchange.never coming here again.

I've lived in this area for 10 years....I've always shopped here. I go in...I go to my lashes....some days I take longer to choose which pair bc of the occasion and have politely been asked if I need help to which I politely decline. I've also purchased makeup from here and as far as quality you get what you paid for and sometimes more! Nonetheless, every purchase experience has been effortless and soothing bc this mom finally has 15 to 20 mins to think about herself. No matter who's been the owner...I can honestly vouch that I've never had an issue here.

This place name has and is changing to Helen 2. DO NOT SHOP HERE.. Thier product is old. Please check your lace glue and bonding glue product before making a purchase. They all have been opened and they're dried out and they will not let you exchangethem. I went in and opened 6 to 7 other bottles to prove they had been tampered with and all the seals were broken and he still would not let me swap hem out. Do NOT SHOP HERE.

I went to Sarah's Beauty Supply for the first time that it open the grand opening day I used to go to the beauty supply on Gus Thomasson Road it closed down and it moved to Sara's Beauty Supply it's more bigger and nice still needs more set up there cuz it's just open I will be shopping there
