I would like to say that Robert helped me at this location and he literally picked out the perfect scrub set for me, I was having a hard time finding a grey set that fit and he said here try these landau on, and they were perfect and he was super nice and helpful, his energy great and I appreciate it, he’s a great asset to the company for sure :) I will be returning

I had several sets of scrubs in my cart, was waiting for payday, when I received by text an offer from Scrub and Beyond for 10%off and free shipping because my cart was “expiring”. Well, I jumped on that and when it came time to total up my cart there was no discount and I was charged shipping. I went to their live chat and someone named Debra asked if she could help, I explained I had $69 in my cart and then told her about the text with offers of a discount and free shipping. She told me that was only for orders of $75 or more. I told her that I didn't ask for the discount Scrubs and beyond offered it but she only repeated herself. I responded that I didn't appreciate being misled. She responded with the most pleasant response, especially when faced with losing a customer. I don't get businesses these days, I guess they dont need my money .

I went in the store and got a little discouraged and ROBERT stepped in and saved the day and I brought sooo much stuff because of him. I will be returning back to the store and telling my colleges where to come. Robert thank you soo much for your professional bright spirit!!

Complete waste of time and unhelpful. Tried to make a return from another store location because this location is closer to my work. I had my receipts and scrubs were unworn and unwashed with tags within the return window. No where on the receipt does it say you have to return to the store where they were originally purchased and I’m not convinced that is actually the case, despite what the employee told me. I was prepared to purchase more scrubs from this location, but now will never return.

I visited S&B on Northwest First to find scrubs for my new job. Although they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for, Key Key was super nice and helped me find what I was looking for by checking another location for me. She found exactly what I needed at their Mesquite store. I headed there next, and Robert and Chris were incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to ensure I found the perfect scrubs, all while being friendly and attentive. I truly appreciated their outstanding customer service!

Very helpful and friendly staff! Chris and Robert jumped right in to help me find my size, and every color I needed. A breath of fresh air to see such helpful employees. It made my shopping experience quick and efficient! Will definitely be back anytime I need new scrubs.
