Friendly service with a smile, great music, very clean store, and positive atmosphere. We were tired of seeing money wasted on short-lived Wal-Mart knockoffs that always deteriated rapidly, and we finally decided to come to SKECHERS on North Town East Blvd, and buy ourselves the REAL DEAL, longer-life, high quality shoes we needed for our jobs. And, the prices great because our shoes were on SALE! I was really SOLD on my steel toed work shoes equipped with memory foam, while my wife fell in love with hers as well! Thanks SKECHERS! Keep up the good work and customer satisfaction!

To long of a wait at checkout. There were at least 3 associates in the store And only 1 register open.

I have always bought my sandals here in Mesquite. I have ALWAYS gotten buy one get on 50 off I thought that's why they call it an outlet.. There's always been a sign on the window. I went last week and got that. I went back to get my mom sandals today. I spent an hour debating over to spend $74 on a pair but with getting the other pair half off I decided to do it.
I get to the checkout and guy rings me up at full price for both. Tells me its now a spring buy one/get on 50 off sale. There's a tag on the shoe. The tag is so small I could not read it. NO sandals are included in the sale. Who has a spring sale and excludes sandals, what you wear in the spring? Then I found a $10 off coupon that I got last week. After ringing me up I ask the guy if he took off the $10 and he said he couldnt get it to work. Doesn't tell me before I gave him my money. Apparently too busy to bother helping a customer. So theyve changed their sale of buy one get one free (which has been forever) to Buy one get one free occasionally. That's just wrong.

Horrible customer service!!! All of the employees working Tuesday 4/4/23 at 7pm. Were very rude and not helpful at all. They were to busy taking selfies and the female was to busy flirting with them. I needed help looking for specific shoe and size and was never helped instead they told me to go to another store because they were closing early.
