Came to this smoke shop to buy edibles and I got apple rings and when I opened the bag it wasn’t even apple rings it was peach rings and the entire bag is suppose to be 500mg and 50mg each gummy but it only came with 4 gummies which is only 200mg the entire thing. Spent $20 freaking dollars on 4 gummies. What a disappointment. Went back to let them know and they said they couldn’t do anything about it smh. Smoke one scams their customers.

Had the best service from the store yesterday. Went in the store was nice and clean, no issues finding what I was needing. The store was well organized and stocked. When I went to check out Stevie very friendly on making sure I got everything I needed. Great Customer Service.

Rude employees. Their van has “Best prices in town,” painted on it. Lol, ok…The Orion vapes here are $27 a piece. Down the street at Exotic Vape you get two for $45. I asked if they had a deal like that and some dude in the back yells “go to that store.” I was thinking to myself how I would never at anyone who wanted to spend money at my business. So if getting ripped off and yelled at by the employees is your thing, you should certainly make this your home store!

If I could give less than one star I would. I bought something (with cash) and realized it wasn’t what I intended(they didn’t even give me time to look at the product). I went back in the store less than 30 seconds after leaving and they refused to refund. Honestly you’re better off traveling 8 minutes past and going to sky rise vapes, a MUCH MUCH MUCH better and CHEAPER option. Smoke one is some scammers.

My name is Maria and I come here almost all the time. Their prices are very affordable and the people who work there are very helpful and friendly! I went there today and explained an issue I had with Mike and he was able to help me. This is one of the best stores in the area and the workers are amazing.

I walked in this evening and a previous employee that I've previously bought disposable vapes from at Smoke One was blocking the front door. She was in a full blown screaming match with the owner. The owner was also screaming back at this young girl. The owner told her that he would mop the floor with her and even called her a "dyke." I turned to him and told him to never use that word again, because it's extremely offensive. He apologized to me and continued yelling at his previous employee. The girl was screaming that his products were fake. (Not sure if this is true or not) The cops showed up minutes later and I left. The whole situation was terrifying and I did not feel safe. The owner and his previous employee's actions were inexcusable. There are MANY other smoke shops I will gladly go to instead of this one now. I used to be a regular too.

New to vaping so took my reusable vape and cartridge to get a replacement cartridge. Showed the guy vape and cartridge (which I bought here) and he recommended something which I bought. Got home and noticed it was meant for a different style vape pen... went back a few mins later and he refused to exchange or refund even though it was clearly his mistake. Definitely salty about this experience. Will reconsider coming back here.
