Went to get my hair braided but Tee African braids in studio 5 . I do not recommend anyone going to her. I found her through instagram and by friends of a friend. We ended up exchanging phone numbers to discuss my hair. I told her I wanted bohemian goddess braids. I even sent a picture. She told me it would be $350 and I was cool with that. I asked if she had any times available on Thursday January 11 she said yes . We set the time for January 11th at 10 am. We also agree on the price of $350. She knew I wanted curly hair which that is what bohemian goddess braids are. She sent me the picture of what hair to get and how many bags of curly hair to get. I got to the studio a little before 10am because I thought the stylist would be there setting up she was not . I texted her at 9:50 she was just leaving the house. She did not get to the studio until 10:30 with food and a child. She did not communicate with me that she was running late and when she finally did show up there was no apology. When she came in and started getting things ready she said it would be an additional $70 to add the curly hair . When we discord prices she did not mention it. When we were talking about the curly hair she did not mention it. I was like ok because it was my actual birthday and I wanted my hair to look nice. She did not start on my hair until 12am. Around 3pm she said she had to pick up her kids from school. She left at 3:30 and was gone for over an hour . She came back with three more kids and food. At this point I was annoyed and ready to go. I understand mommy duty but she did not mention any of this to me and I felt like my time was disrespected. She had the nerve to tell me not to worry about the $79 . As she should not with the plain rudeness of my time . It was my birthday I had other things to do and I couldn’t because of her. If you do not want to deal with unprofessionalism I do not recommend. My hair came out very pretty but not for me to be ther for 8 plus hours and she there for only 6 of those hours. That’s crazy. To mommy entrepreneurs . Please have pick up and drop off already ready if you know you have to work. Ask for help .

I was wanting to get a suite here but they only have the regular suites which are 237 a week! I was going to have my lash tech friend work there with me as well but the manager said and extra 50$ so comes out to 287 weekly, not mad about the price was willing to do it but thing is which I’m confused about is the fact they won’t allow us to work at the same time???? Which is so confusing bc I’m the one paying the rent etc.
