Do not make an appointment, it doesn’t matter. You may think that you’re coming to drop off your car for maintenance, but it will just sit in their parking lot for a week first. Might as well just show up randomly if appointments are pointless.
They may have some decent people in the office, but this has to be one of the worst service departments I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with.
Expect an easy fix, even if you force feed them the answer, to take 10x as long as a toddler would take and policies that seem specifically designed to annoy and frustrate their customers.
I would genuinely rather pay double at any other mechanic, than come back here again.

I came in very last minute and with no appointment, for a tire due to a bubble on one of them. Kris Thompson took care of me and made sure that my tire was in stock before taking my keys. I didn’t wait long at all. They even washed my car for me. Thank you!

Great experience! Had my car in and out by the time promised. Staff was great. Everyone very friendly. If I decide to buy another Kia in the near future this is where I would go to purchase.

The service department at KIA in Mesquite were quick to solve the issue with my Telluride. They promptly called me when the part came in, and switched out the part quicker than expected.

I took my 2023 Sportage here for its second ever maintenance oil change and I don’t think it could have possibly gone worse. I took it on a Friday morning and received it back that evening. Everything seemed fine and we drove it all weekend. Come Tuesday when I’m on my way to work the vehicle will not accelerate and the rpms go super high when I’m trying to drive aka the car has no get up and go it was like I was pressing the gas in neutral. So I take it back the next morning and explain what was going on. The manager came out and said we’ll take care of this right away we’re so sorry. Two hours goes by and I finally have my car back and they say I’m ready to go. The manager never came back to tell me what was the problem and the customer service lady was trying to avoid it as well. Turns out there was a “pinch” in the o ring so the oil cap didn’t go back on “properly” and all the oil had leaked out of my car. If I would have drove any further I would have had a locked engine on my brand new car. I voiced that I was concerned about any further damaged this may have caused and was gaslit like “oh no no everything is fine! It’s full of oil and we pressure washed the under carriage to get rid of the oil” I then had to ask her to email me an invoice of the work they had done and the issue that occurred because the original they gave me avoided that and just listed what I said I was experiencing while driving. So now the problem we have today is when they power washed the under carriage the blasted off a drainage cap and now the floor of my back seat has been saturated with water every time it rains. I also hadn’t noticed until this last week because I never use the floor in the back seat until we had no power and I put a bag of clothes and diapers to stay with family only to arrive and find my diapers ruined and clothes soaking wet. I thought maybe it was a spill and put beach towels to soak up the water only to find them drenched when I removed them. I’m still waiting to hear back as they haven’t had power since the storm. This car is the nicest and most expensive thing I’ve ever owned and they just treated it with such neglect. I don’t understand how either of these situations happed let alone go unnoticed during their “20 point inspection” they do during every service. Now I have to deal with potential mold and mildew and I’m sure they’ll try to gaslight me again like “oh everything is ok we put the cap on”. This is a $48k vehicle and I trusted the DEALERSHIP to take care of and do proper maintenance but they treated it like it was in a chop shop. Do not take your vehicle here.
