Use them for our internet. Only internet company. They think it's fine to cut off the internet for a min or so to do work in the neighborhood but they don't realize people get cut off work calls and what not.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT GET SPECTRUM! This is the worst company I’ve ever had. They can never seem to fix any problem. I’ve had them for so long and the connection is horrible. Never gets better. Horrible phone service and internet service. I’m so angry at this company, seriously. You’ll be cursing their name every second of the day.

The kiosk to pay immediately is not in service, you have to wait more than 30 minutes.

Rude customer service. I was returning some equipment and she told me to remove the items out of the box like she was the police. I’m not going to mention her name but she knows who she is.
