Spectrum why do y'all keep going up on the price for Internet when y'all don't even have a strong enough Internet signal to be going up. My Internet always going IN AND OUT!! it's so annoying!!!! I started at 74.99 now I'm paying $93 because for some reason y'all feel the need to keep going up. I promise you when I'm able to go to someone else, I'm gone.

Went in to this place to get internet only, started in July, checked my bill to find out why it was so expensive for just internet, and found out someone padded my account with Spectrum TV. Called Customer Service to figure out my billing issue and was told there was nothing they could do. I spoke to four different people and got nowhere I told em they could come get their equipment and cut off the service immediately. IF YOU NEED SERVICE DONT USE SPECTRUM THEY SUCK

Save your time and energy literally, I went yesterday for some help which I never do and instantly regretted it.The customer service representative (Maria) if that is even her name, since she said “she didn’t feel like giving me her name” was so rude and unprofessional. Talking to me with an attitude, Laughing when I told her I was going to making a report about her customer service she stated “she did not care”. Spectrum needs better customer service faces, childish/ rude behavior makes this place look so bad. First and last time going there.

Very bad service from one of the cashiers called MARIA! She is very rude and despotic with customers, it really is a very bad image for Spectrum since she treats customers very badly.

Good morning!I have been a spectrum customer for quite a while and this morning I visited your location in Mesquite Texas on Town East Blvd. I was warmly greeted by management and especially by Maria Garcia. The purpose of my trip was to switch to Spectrum mobile which Maria did successfully, and also to add a DVR to my present configuration.Maria Garcia was quite professional and in fact, remembered the time two years ago when I left my wallet and cash in your store. Three hours after leaving it I returned to find everything intact. Pretty awesome.More importantly, I think Spectrum should be proud to have an employee like Maria Garcia on board. She is the “ambassador” of the Spectrum brand and should be rewarded and applauded.I for one appreciate her service and friendly smile.Timothy Gerald

I went to this store for assistance activate my mobile device. I asked for a new sim card and help with activation. The gentleman at the door threw a sim card on the table and directed me to a phone with the customer service number and left me. Refusing to help with activation. HORRIBLE experience!! Total waste of time.

As a regular customer all I can say is that they give a horrible service. On September 29 at approximately 10am I was there. Asked them about the service, for my android because it's under guarantee and it doesn't work, it doesn't charge. The skinny black dude simply replied he can't do anything about it and called the next one. Da hood service. Section 8.

If you want your internet to go out at least once a month for over 24 hour period & then receive a dollar off your bill, then look no further!In all seriousness, this company is a complete joke & i’ve already lost my WFH job thanks to them. Please, i’m begging you, do yourself a favor & go with another company.
