Pre paid 8-13th ronny cancelled my hotel reservation on the second day for the whole week while I was at tony robbins. Ppl upstairs stomping on the damn floor all night, now all day to. Called the front desk, the stomping continues. Choose another hotel. This is ghetto and seems like ppl live here!

I reserved a room on Wednesday and when I arrived on my Saturday reservation the clerk was all but rude to me despite having my reservation code from the website's email confirmation. I'm done with all "6" brand locations. I'll never EVER spend a dime with a company that disorganized!
