Despite my continuous attempts to reach headquarters to fix this issue, I have been ignored. I'm two mirrors out of Pocket. The next step is to take this to civil court.
This is my updated review as of September 2024 I've been a loyal customer for this car wash for approximately 3 years now. A few days ago I went to the car wash and it broke my passenger side mirror on my 2021 tundra 1794. I filled out the paperwork and I spoke with Urisses the manager. He told me that within 2 weeks it should be resolved. I still have not heard from them despite my emails and phone calls.
This is a $1400 mirror. I've had this happen for the second time. The first time was in the DeSoto location back in May of 2024.. and I still have not received any compensation. I've been taking this truck for a long time there
Love going there. Good place to clean and vacuum your vehicle.nice staff.

Went and vacuum didn't work went another time u had to drive through car wash yourself no towels sometimes
