They are so rude and set here and lie u can call and calm and if they want they pick up other wise they don't they set here and they they are sending some one and never do I hate this towing company so much nothing good to Evan say about them I pay for my reserve parking and office give us this number to call for what they are lazy and don't Evan come or pick up the phone.......

They steal your car from Prescott Place in Mesquite even when you have paperwork in window. I have pictures of paperwork still in window after we paid $330 to get car back. Crooks!!!

So my car got towed. My fault completely.i was not parked in visitors parking. I managed to catch the driver before he took the vehicle and wanted info on where it was going. He was real quick to offer to drop the vehicle if I had $150 cash on hand. Is this a business he works for or his side hustle making money off this business. This place needs to screen these shady people they are hiring.

ATTENTION ALL REVIEWERS!!!This company does not tow your vehicles they do not even employ towing drivers because they do not tow your vehicle. There is the tow company and there is the facility that simply stores them. So yall want to get mad get mad at yourself for parking where you are not supposed too but getting all bent outta shape and then being mad when you go to get your car is not going to help your situation especially because they did not have anything to do with your car being towed they ARE NOT THE TOW COMPANY!!! They do not tell tow truck drivers to go get your car because they are at home or in the office and I guarantee they don't know where you are and no alarm goes off when you park illegally. They have absolutely nothing to do with your car being towed. So maybe approach the situation a little better and you would be surprised at how the interaction goes!!

Spoke with a different employee on Saturday morning. She never spoke about fees. Spoke with manager Erin 2 days later and she stated even though phone calls are not recorded they all have been employed for 5-10 years and everyone mentions fees. When asked for someone above her and any corporate information, I was told they don’t exist. Highly upset that a manager would speak on behalf or an employee and not know who I spoke to and say the information to sue the company is on the back of the receipt.
