I usually don’t write reviews but today i will as it is well deserved! Today’s customer reps, Rod and Devon, provided my husband and I the BEST customer service. My husband was able to change his screen protector changed as it has warranty, I was able to get an upgraded phone , and we also got the Home 5G internet modem. We left the store 45min after closing, the phone needed to update, and they were so kind and patient, I’m thankful for that.

Tiffany at the TMobile inside the Town East Mall in Mesquite, Texas is Amazing! Her energy and cheerful personality made my visit run so smooth because it was like speaking to an old friend. I was inquiring about the new home wifi and she took her time to answer all my questions. I finally made the decision to switch from Spectrum to T-mobile Home Wifi. Definitely ask for Tiffany if you should visit this location.

I've been with T-Mobile for over 15 years.I had Jump when it first came out. I could turn in my phone and upgrade to a new one after only 6 months. They would pay off the cost of my previous phone. They immediately changed that to 12 months after I enrolled.Then recently one of my upgrades they removed my jump and switched it to insurance.I didn't get a new phone for over 3 years.Now, this Google Pixel 6 Pro phone won't stay connected. I can't make calls. I can't receive calls half the time.It takes wonderful pictures though, which is why I bought it to begin with.Now T-Mobile won't let me trade it in for the Google Pixel 7 until I've paid on it for 12 months.I'm currently looking for another phone provider.Customer loyalty means nothing anymore.

I reluctantly went into TMobile this weekend to purchase a new phone. The staff was very welcoming. Jonathan, our sales person, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very understanding about my concerns and was extremely transparent. He made the phone buying process smooth and seamless. I definitely recommend this location and staff for all your TMobile needs.

Great Coustmer Service on 7/12/22 and a well kept store. The salesmen grab a phone case for my new phone so I tells him if it’s not free or discounted I don’t want it . He said you good so I go online to look at my bill and he charged me full price for the phone case. This case is worth $5 at the most. That was very unprofessional of him .

No one knows what there talking about. Went to a different store got the phone I wanted for exactly deal being promoted. This store tried to get double the money I was supposed to put down to get my phone. Don't buy from this store.
