WORST SERVICE EVERRR!! I waited in line yesterday for 30 minutes as I watched people get out of line for an oil change. I went inside.They stated they were shortstaffed and to come back tomorrow. I came back the next day. I came at 4:30 and was told because there was a diesel truck. I was not able to get my vehicle serviced. I then asked to speak with the manager. The guy told me that the manager said he was not coming out to speak with me. The manager (Maddox)then came out to request me to switch places with a diesel truck I asked was he the same manager that said that he was not coming out he said yes he was busy then he agreed to do the oil change. I had already called customer service and asked how much the oil change was they informed me $88 I get there and (RICHARD) informed me it’s $103 and that’s the only oil that they are willing to give me and then went to shut the hood of my vehicle stating that that is the only oil that they will provide me unless they were out of the $103 oil that would be the only time that they would give me the other full synthetic oil that I was requesting for $88 and told by customer service.Richard stated I was only able to get the oil that I was requesting if they were out of the higher oil that they want to provide me I asked the manager was what he said true he stated that if they did not have the higher oil they would not be able to service my vehicle I said that is far from what the other gentleman just said… POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! JUST MAKING IT UP AS THEY GO DEPENDING ON WHO IT IS!

They were trying to offer me services I know I didn’t need because I went to a mechanic days before who serviced my vehicle. They also put on the receipt that they checked certain fluids and put air in my tires when they didn’t. I had to tell them to do so after reviewing my receipt. They didn’t check my filters or anything else. To sit in line for almost 2 hrs and not getting proper services definitely wasn’t appreciated nor worth the price. Then I was questioned whether or not I was a veteran once I showed my veteran barcode for 25% off. I presented my military ID and was finally given the discount. Overall, awful experience and won’t be back again.

Other than people who got there after me being greeted before me it was a great experience! The crew here knows how to make a customers day and the manager Charles is very good at keeping the place running perfectly! I recommend this place to everyone that I know!!

Take 5 yea they speed through working on your car. I was told they would top off my fluids it wasn’t done my car was leaking after the got done working on it I was very unsatisfied with service I specifically asked for fluids to be topped off and the completely ignore my request
