This is the most incompetent office I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. I saw Lindsay Goethals January 3 and requested refill of medication. She did not refill. I saw her again January 11 and requested refill again. She did not refill. Called in a panic on January 17th as I was now out of a medication that is extremely dangerous to just stop. Lindsay's MA apologized profusely for the mistake and said they would provide samples and expedite the preauthorization that is required. 5 days later and the preauthorization has not been requested yet. Visit this office at your own peril.

I had Monday December 4th, 2023 @ 1115am and was diagnosed with COVID. I had scheduled an appointment on December 8th, 2023 for a follow up to recheck my COVID results @ 745am and stay on the borderline of Duncanville. I had to leave extra early 620am due to work traffic. I received a call from the clinic at 711am as I was 7 minutes away from clinic stating I don’t need to come because I will still test positive today December 8th which I was cleared to return to work and the Dr who was seeing me failed to look at her charts the day before to call and allowed me time not to travel that far waited until 7am the day of my appointment. This was so unprofessional on ever level and I tried to reason with the office and the outcome was still the same only the office manager tried to get me to go to a urgent care on this a me day as I explained to her if I will get a positive test with my appointment why would I go anywhere else.???????????????????????????????????

Got put on Chantix, incompetent doctors can't call in refills consistently, causing a very unsuccessful and stressful opportunity to quit smoking and get healthy. BOO TO DR. FOWLER AND NP JOSEPH!

Like a couple others, I would rate this place zero stars if I could. My pcp had a baby and will be out until December, I scheduled an appointment as a new client and filled out the e-check in as I always do. I show up to my appointment and the front desk tells me that my appointment was cancelled.. She said the receptionist who cancelled it wasn’t there and had supposedly called me and left a voicemail .. (I received nothing). I explain to her my reason for the appointment and how my usual doctor is out. She then proceeds to tell me about a new “policy” they have against new patients. Basically says that if I am going to schedule an appointment as a new patient I need to stay with them as my new providers. They refused to care for me and accept me then she sends me off to an urgent care.. If this was an urgent care situation I would have already been there when I scheduled it FIVE days ago! Worse experience and the most ridiculous policies ever.

LOVEEE Dr. Maxwell and her staff, they’re always very welcoming. The office and exam rooms are always clean. I’m always in and out my appointment in a timely matter. She’s always thorough and provides wonderful medical advice/recommendations. I highly recommended her to anyone looking for a primary care provider!!

If I could rate 0 stars I would.I scheduled a virtual appointment with Lindsay Goethals for joint pain as a new patient. I joined the call 15 minutes early, after waiting 15 minutes AFTER the appointment time started for her to show up, I called the front desk. After a very long wait, I spoke with someone at the front telling them I was waiting on the provider to join the call as it has already been 30 minutes past the appointment start time.At this point, I have been in the virtual lobby for 45 minutes waiting on Lindsay Goethals and the last 15 minutes spent trying to get ahold of someone at the front desk.When someone finally answered I explained how I had been waiting 30 minutes past the appointment start time and she said, "Is this for Lindsay?"I said yes (I had not given any personal information) to which she replied,"Oh yeah she's usually pretty late."Incredibly unprofessional!! I am then charged and reassured she will be on the call in a couple minutes. Another 15 minutes later and I am calling to be refunded as she STILL NEVER SHOWED UP!!Other reviews state she is a great NP but punctuality is apart of professionalism. So much time wasted for literally nothing! I expect my time to be respected just as I am sure Lindsay Goethals does.Do not go here unless you have an entire morning to burn.

I have seen Dr Antonio Barksdale for years, since he took over the Kanani ‘s office. Now I have seen a few of his PA’s there’s a few a loved and a few a questioned. But his PA Ortiz in Forney is Great and his PA in Sunnyvale Ms. Maxwell is phenomenal. Just love her and after going to her one time she was able to get me into a Specialist and then find out some problems I had been dealing with for quite some time. I love the Staff and everyone is always friendly.

The doctors here are no help. They are not for their patients. I came in for a medical clearance and they pretty much said no. Who works for who? My body is not your body.

I came in for a vaccination for school. 30 minutes later the clerk upfront said they were about to call me. 50 minutes later I am still waiting. It’s wrong to make a patient wait past there appointment time but yet if we are late we get canceled or treated rudely. It seems like it gets worse every time I have an appointment.

I’d give this place 0 stars if possible.I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the nurse practitioners. I felt, humiliated, profiled, and discriminated against. I have had 2 major life events within a yr that have completely unbalanced me and I have been having panic/anxiety attacks due to this. The nurse explained she could prescribe medication but would need me to sign a contract and also a drug test (that I would have to pay for) once it came back clean she’d be able to prescribe medication and I’d be on my way. I agreed.. the test is done in office, proceeded to take said test and it came back clean but somehow she was still not convinced, so she now comes back and tells me she actually needs to send it to the lab for further testing. That there in itself triggered an anxiety attack in me at that very moment. Very unprofessional for her to say one thing and than another and for me to walk out with no help at all. As a Latina with red hair and tattoos I do feel and felt for the first time I was discriminated and profiled against.

Visited Texas Health Sunnyvale and Stan Philip was my physician. Stan was great and I felt comfortable talking to him. He shared a lot of great feedback with me and even responds through the MyChart app when I had some questions for him afterwards. I highly recommend Stan to all my friends and family!

Stan Philip is the man! I highly recommend seeing him. He’s very attentive and compassionate about what he does and it is apparent when you see him. He’s very quick at responses as well. Definitely will be visiting him again!
