I've like to know why they don't power wash the breezeway. I park under the carport and when I get out to go to my house it's easy for me to walk through the grass but you have to be careful walking through the grass because there's always dog cacao.

if there is anything I could say it is do not move here. My apartment has been apparently remodeled right but there’s roaches everywhere. There are cracks in my walls. It’s insane. My entire apartment is falling apart and I don’t get any communication from the office. They just claimed that my work orders are done and then move on. They don’t ever complete the work orders.

Horrible place to stay do not even consider it an option. Rent is ridiculously high, and maintenance is never available. The front office workers are horrible at communicating. The worst part is the complex forces you to give them a spare key they say its for maintenance. We had cameras installed and what do you know we caught the guys stealing and helping themselves to whatever we had out. Again DO NOT MOVE HERE

I do enjoy living here at Anthem Mesquite. Sarah and Richard are very welcoming and supportive. Maintenance request are filled in a timely matter and it’s fairly quiet in my building.

It’s barely been a month of us living here and we’ve already had so many problems I reported my restroom lights not work and its been 3 weeks and nothing has been done mind you i got a text that my work order had been completed and they never came to fix it, their gates dont work so cars come in and out fast which is not safe, we pay for amenities and haven’t been able to use their pool since they are waiting for “inspection”. Once you move in here they don’t care about their paying residents. Dont move here!!

I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW when the pool is going to open and when this so ‘called’ inspection is supposed to happen because it’s been closed for 2 years and only opened for 1 week in May. It’s the middle of summer and both pools have been closed it’s ridiculous take some out of our rent because clearly it’s never going to open so we’re paying for amenities we can never use.

I still have a small hole on the ceiling in my room and a big hole in the ceiling of my shower and I’ve called for someone to come fix it because the workers made it themselves because of some leaking issues and they never came back to fix it.

After being here for you year this place has gone from 5-0 stars honestly. Management is terrible, there’s always trash at the front of the walk way into my apartment ; we have rats now because of how dirty it is , kids peeing on your porch (I have ring camera footage to prove it) , kids banging on my doors at 3 AM. They don’t do anything to resolve any issues. If you’re thinking of moving here don’t. I was stupid to renew thinking the new management team would be good but they’re bad. nothing but young adults who run the office so good luck getting things resolved. I’ll add photos later of how dirty it is here.

Very bad attention, they fail to comply with the contracts, they charge you more for the sewers and clear water, they have very bad form, they do not know how to express themselves with the tenants, bad attention.

DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY. THEY DONT CARE YOU EXSIST ONCE THE LEASE IS SIGNED……We just moved here a month ago and already HATE being here. We are paying 1820 a month for the lady above us to allow her child to throw tantrums on the floor knocking my pictures off the walls to mornings of loud tv at 8 am like loud enough to the point you would have thought this tv was in our place we could hear it clear as day word for word. I went to the gal and knocked on her door and asked her as a common courtesy can you please not let her do that we sleep during the day we are truck drivers at night, she slammed the door in my face. Then I went to bring it to the office attention and their comment back to me was it during quiet time? Quiet time is from 10 pm to 7 am so anything after those times the people are allowed to act like inconsiderate jerks and the apartments do NOT protect those that have a different work schedule. I run a 80,000 # truck all night hauling food I think I deserve a little respect when it comes to sleeping. NOW here is the kicker… I have cancer. Acute Myeloid Leukemia, I have my medications delivered to my home because it’s important to take them so I can get better. The delivery folks accidentally delivered to the wrong building and kept my medications. The address on the package was correct but they kept my medicine and now I have to file for new ones but some of them need replacement approval because they are a narcotic. I also had waited an entire month for my moms Mother’s Day present to come and I was so excited to get this gift for her, they delivered it to another building they also kept that package. I’m sure the office wont do nothing about that situation also. I thought taking the higher rent and beautiful complex that I was getting away from ghetto theft and trash but since management refuses to do anything to protect ALL the residence here we will not be re-renting once our lease is up. AVOID MOVING HERE!!!!!!!!

I’d give this complex 0 stars if I could, want a safe place to live? This isn’t it. Want good management? This isn’t it. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I waited to leave this review after being a two year resident of the complex and from the break in’s to the secured gate they have for looks because it’s never working to the TERRIBLE management I would like to leave this complex a 0/10 review.

I have bn without Hot Water since Wednesday The office staff appear nonchalant about the issue and only communicate if I call. The only answer I received is " hot water heater has bn ordered ".
