They have bad service, the ladies spend a lot of time on the phone and they only have ONE cashier person. The manager should do something!

Called the store to ask about an item showing limited stock and the sale associate had a horrible attitude and did this ughh noise when I gave details about the item I was looking for so since she was rude I took her it’s okay I’ll call another location for help which I did and got the assistance with no problems

I came two weeks ago to buy two pairs of dress shoes for when my son start school, when i went to pay, the cashier was already on the phone, only talked to me to tell me to pay, when i was putting my info to get my receipt emailed she canceled and printed it out instead which is NOT what i wanted for obvious reasons, said sorry and told me to have a good day and went back on her phone. Unfortunately i didnt have my son that day, so i had to come back today because my son complained the tips of the shoes felt tight. I explained the cashier, she went to get the manager and I explained manager i didnt have the receipt but that i had the card i used and just wanted to swap for a bigger size, and he was indifferent. I got the shoes and asked for a bag, I apologized for any inconvenience and the manager was condescending, ignored me completely even tho he was 3ft standing in front of me, didnt even look at me in the eye while i looked at him, even the cashier looked at him because he didnt respond and looked at me embarrassed and bagged the shoes. Every time i come here theres someone on their phone or someone being rude

Ms Gladys the store manager went over and beyond for me today during Easter rush she made sure I was able to return the items I order in the wrong size she kept going back and forth searching for the items so that I didn’t have to come back or go to different stores I really appreciated her assistance today.

(Visit to store on 11/16/2022)Horrible customer service. The cashier was very rude and all on her phone. She needs to go through a customer service training course or be terminated. I came into the store yesterday and the service I received was worst than EVER. This is not the first time. It’s always horrible customer service in this store. Either have a week of customer service training or fire the whole staff. Simple. I wll not be shopping the store again.

Whoever is managing this store is royally messing up. There’s no space making it hardly shop-able, long lines and only one employee- who takes 10 minutes just to check out each person, looks worse than a Ross store! I came in just to return and was turned into an over 30 minute ordeal.The whole return and checkout process is just ridiculous I can’t believe they’re even in business I definitely won’t be returning

I am a frequent customer at this location and I never had a bad experience until the other day, I just went in to exchange my daughters shoes, the other people on the floor were helpful and nice. However, the front cashier was hella rude, I greeted her and I was met with an attitude like I was getting on her nerves. I don’t quite understand it, if your in customer service there is a certain type of hospitality that goes along with that. I got neither, that lady was rude as hell. She was not pleasant in the least bit during my checkout process. It’s simple, if your not a people person don’t get a job in customer service. I don’t know if I ever wanna go back there. PS: I know, because I have 25 years of experience in it.

I went to this store few years back and received really bad service, never went back, just decided to do my shopping online. I started to go back for pick ups and been receiving good service, clerks have been really helpful when i need it and about a month ago during back to school shopping, yes there was a line, and yes it made it difficult to shop because of the line BUT that doesn't mean im going to rate it poorly. Not there fault everyone wants to go school shopping around the same time. Do your shopping online or maybe earlier next time. The reason for my 5 starts is not only of there awesome service but because I waited in line for 30 minutes and once I got to the cashier, she still gave me excellent service even after dealing with a long line and rude frustrated customers.

Bad customer service, wife went today to pick up an online order. Was there for almost an hour because only 1 person was actually doing her job. There were 3 ladies at the registers but don’t really doing much and talking. Line was really long and didn’t care to help us. Took a long time to get wife’s order too- like 20 minutesLast time I order and pick up at this store. Also the lady who was gonna get order was rude and talking to other person after she asked for order number.

I didn’t even shop here today but had to give recognition to the manager. I was parked next to her car in the lot and as I was getting my kids out, She saw I was struggling to strap in my oldest kid in the stroller because I had my youngest strapped to me. She offered her hand and helped me get her in there. She was extremely kind and I will definitely be shopping in the Mesquite location from here on out!

Did not enforce people wearing masks. People had their masks completely off or off of their nose and the employees said nothing.

I shop online to stick to budget :) I opted for the additional 5% savings to pick up in store. Showed my ID and received my package within a couple of minutes. I did have to exchange a few items (error on my behalf) That process was smooth as well. They were friendly enough- given that it was a Sunday close to closing and people were still stopping in at the last minute. The best part was the organization of everything. Also I had my hands full with a newborn and toddler. The clerk was nice and took the items out of the box and placed them in a bag for me to easily carry. That's going above and beyond to me because I didn't have to ask.

Lazy & rude!!! The two girls working here didn't want to help me. They both had they're ugly attitudes and were very unprofessional.
