My experience was great. The office was clean and inviting and the service was professional and tailored to my needs. The office was very busy and I observed that the other customers received the same warm and caring service. The storage areas were clean and well kept. The manager, Nancy McCord, was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the storage space selected. I visited multiple storage facilities in the Mesquite area and this one was by far the top choice for me.

My experience @ the mesquite location ( BELTLINE RD ) & I’ve only dealt with Alesa , started off GOOD until being totally misled and experiencing the unprofessionalism being told 1 thing & in person something totally different is beyond misleading. Several times I’ve attempted to go into the office to speak with someone & the PLACE is CLOSED! But a phone number is listed but no one answers or responds. Closing 2.5-3hours earlier than the ORIGINAL BUSINESS HOURS is a normal thing for this location. With that being said, I definitely have ended the business relationship with this location. Good Luck to anyone that decides to RENT SPACE @ the BELTLINE RD - Mesquite Tx location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
