Door dashers beware! If you decide to pick up a door dash order from here, it will claim to only have 1 item on the list. Its going to be a entrie grocery list!!! I accepted an order that said 1 item and it was an entire list of things for only 6 bucks. Had to deliver to the 3rd floor apt with no tip. Never again!

Self check out associate had an altercation with another customer. My self out register flashed alerting for me to wait for associate. Not sure why so I waited. The angry associate approached me and took her frustrations with me. With her body and face expressions stating I cannot get cash back. I didn’t request cash back but I was owe 44cents. I was not going to argue or make a big deal over 44 cents. I went to front desk to just put a complaint and Manager Jill also had a quick response about cash back and self check out lane process. I again did not ask for cash back or was upset about the change it was really the service I received from floor associate and The manager Jill care less.
To the general manager and or corporate please work better with providing a better customer service.
Do not take on frustrations to your next paying customers

I love Tom Thumb. It is where I buy my all of my meat...Great Quality meat....Steaks, hamburger, beef roasts and ribs... I love the U savings...I save approximately $100.00 when I buy groceries!
