I’ve been coming here since I was 12 (now 24) & I love my experience. I usually go with Susan for my pedicures and Leslie for my nails and Nancy for my brows they are amazing!! I typically take in a photo of how I want my nails to look and they always turn out even better than expected.

I be tried others from Terrell to Mesquite and I haven’t been satisfied with either one of those salons, so I prefer and trust only one manicurist in top nails Top nails.

They rush service! It is so bad. I paid extra for a deluxe Pedicure yet it still took less than 20 minutes. Barely any massage and the lady literally was punching my legs and feet. People work hard to splurge on pampering; this was not pampering. And the time before this I got a manicure and the lady messed up my painted nail and didn’t fix it until I called her out. And she still didn’t remove the polish and repaint the nail. Next time if Miss Nail is closed I will just go home because top nail sucks. I tip at least 20% at Miss Nail and 0% at Top Nail because the service is terrible.

I quickly remembered why I stopped coming to this place, although the pictures do not do justice but we shouldn’t leave this place with our skin glued to the acrylic and burning/ stinging. My nails are so thick and heavy. They do not listen when you request for a service that you are paying for be done the way you want your nails done.
Not happy with my nails.

I was trying to tell the young lady that one of my nails was crooked and she did not want to listen she was consistent on telling me that there was correct the service is poor they do not listen to the customers and when I told the manager she didn't show no care in the world I would not go there anymore that was a waste of my money and I'm really upset about it. I also proceeded to let her know that I had extra acrylic left on my hand and can I get it off she just looked at me crazy and continues to do what she wanted to do so I had just got up and left and I still pay her
